A cost effective alternative to other hotels in Napier

An excellent hotel we have stayed in previously and will again when next in Napier

Great place in central Napier, close to transport, variety of restaurants, supermarket, and beach. Only minor issue is that there is not a lot of sound proofing from outside noises so traffic noise does enter the room easily. But Napier is mostly a quiet town so this won't cause much of an issue for most of the night unless the street sweeper and rubbish truck comes by early which it did!.

The stay was ok, apart from the toilet getting blocked in the morning before we left. No one was at reception to notify (because we left early). Also, i wouldve preferred a bin the the bathroom because i dont fancy mixing toilet rubbish with food rubbish. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay.

We were thrilled that we had managed to secure a room at your hotel for Saturday night. The communication for the arrival was fantastic. Your welcoming staff were awesome & very professional. Location was perfect & then into the room which we were very pleased with. Spotlessly clean & very comfortable bed & sufficient amenities.

People were wonderful

We were anxious about staying in the city but it was brilliant. We were prepared for noise at night but it was so quiet. Would stay again.

Great restaurant on the property. Very walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants. Unique architecture in the neighborhood.

Great last minute choice.

There were only 8 or 10 parking stalls for 3 floors of hotel rooms. We had to pay fir parking across the street with no apologies from the receptionist. No ice machines, small bathrooms with poor quality towels. Restaurant not open for breakfast.

Lovely and quiet but the car parking spaces were very small and tight. My own vehicle is small abd I struggled to get adequate parking especially the two parks closest to the street. I saw numerous customers with larger vehicles struggle to fit in the parks provided. Out of 10 or so parks only about 5 were of adequate size to accommodate SUV or utes. The rest were more appropriate for smaller vehicles.

Had a 1 night stay there. Room was comfortable. Location is really good. Everything in the city is within a short walk. Parking on hotelsite costs 11$/day. Opposite of the hotel is a public car park for 5$/day.

A fairly basic hotel, but it did its job, and was well-located in the Napier CBD. On-site parking was limited; I had to park in the (pay) parking lot across the street

Love the stay just when we came back the house keeper had cleaned the room and forgot to close our door properly but other then that the stay was superb

Location was convenient, car prks were very tight fit for our cars. Bathroom very small especially shower, particularly for our friends who are very tall.
