Amazing hotel, staff and service

The hotel was beautiful and had a lot to offer. Our stay was filled with activities like a mixology class and a cooking class. Both were great and the food recipes outstanding. I shout out to Araceli and Fernando our chefs. A special thank you to miguel who was the best waiter ever. Thank you for making our stay as if it were our home.
Accommodations we perfect. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror in the room

Amazing hotel with amazing service! The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are amazing as well as the bathroom that have this beautiful tub. All the hotel colleagues are incredible and make you feel so special. They are very attentive to your every needs. There is an amazing bar behind the front desk that is only opened on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A must to visit when it is opened. I highly recommend this hotel. Make sure to not get a room that faces the busy street on the side of the hotel. Even though the sound isolation is good, it can get a bit noisy. Overall, an amazing hotel.

If you visit Puebla and want a perfectly-located hotel with every amenity, then the Banyan Tree is the right choice. It's a beautiful property close to the historic center, and the staff is great.

I called you the day I arrived to change my check out day to May 27th ( a day earlier only for family reasons) the lady on the phone told me that was ok with hotels .com. She said she was just contact banyan tree to change it ( banyan tree told me they where ok but because I got the reservation on hotels .com you guys had to do it ) then when I check out I got charged the extra night because you guys never contact them !!!!! I been traveling for years with you guys and this is very unfortunate

The electric door locks did not worked
Nor did the electric sign for Do not disturb or service the room
The shower head had not been properly cleaned so the water did not came our correctly, I had to clean it so we could shower.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast was nice with enough selections. Our room was with two double beds, and it was spacious and very comfortable. However, it was on facing a very busy road where buses and coaches stop for people to get on and off. It is extremely noisy with all the honking from around 8 am to 9 pm. It only becomes quite after 11pm. We asked if we could change to a quieter room and we were told that it would be an extra 100 USD per night plus taxes. We went to have a look at the other options but they were smaller than our room, so we decided not to change.

I didnt stay, I asked the property to move dates for me because of a covid emergency and neither expedia nor the hotel helped me, I lost more than 400 usd for 2 nights because of the bad service of both companies

The Banyan Tree Puebla is an excellent hotel within 5 min walking distance from downtown Puebla in a safe neighborhood. The property is quiet and relaxing. The staff are helpful and Charlie the concierge went above and beyond to help arrange last minute transportation and appointments for us. We also loved the view from the rooftop restaurant!

it does not live up to the Bnayan tree service level. The hotel is in good condition. The saffron restaurant is not that good.

The room was really nice. The bed was so comfortable!! It’s a small hotel but it has all what you need for a relaxing night . The spa massage was really nice. We didn’t like the service room food and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It is pricey and the flavour of the food is not delicious. I think the kitchen restaurant should make sure all their food is really fresh. Not reheated or fruit from the fridge.

Pristine hotel walkable to the historic center of Puebla. Staff were very nice and accommodating. If anything o felt a bit bad not taking more advantage of their rooftop bar and restaurant as we were there mainly to eat street food, but the one day we had breakfast was also great. Also we had a rental car. There is a valet with parking but a daily fee.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. If you are ever in Puebla, please stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and it was close to the city center. No complaints here, when I got back to puebla, this is where I will be staying!

Everything about our stay in this hotel was outstanding. The manager, Cesar, was incredibly accommodating and all the staff were very attentive. The location of the hotel is very accessible and the property is beautiful.
