From the moment we arrived, we felt very safe and welcomed by the staff. The staff at reception greeted us with friendly smiles, a cold drink and refreshing towels, which was heaven after the day of travel.
Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The big bonus was the filtered water machine in our living area. We were thrilled to have drinkable water at our fingertips for the entire stay.
The rooftop pool was relaxing place to chill after our busy days out. The staff were always attentive and greeted us every time we passed.
The restaurant downstairs had delicious food. We dined there numerous times, despite having a selection of amazing restaurants within walking distance.
The location was perfect! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport.
We highly recommend this property and we’ll definitely be back!

Was good value for the price I paid through Wotif - I wouldn’t have been happy for the facilities if it had of been more.

Very happy with my stay here. The studio room was built for comfort with everything I needed. Very clean and tidy. No nasty smells or surprises. The customer service was exceptional and the food at the restaurant was delicious and well-priced. While the included breakfast was not buffet, off the menu was still very good and very filling.

Lovely hotel, some difficulties dealing with staff as almost all are trainees. Got quite noisy outside of a night time, perhaps staff from a nearby business. No view, no balcony, however the room was clean and comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Need to improve: If your flight is well after check out, please note that the hotel doesn’t have a proper shower or a facility that you can hang out. We had to have a cold shower outside next to the pool, with no privacy. Daily room service was ok as they didn’t replace fresh towels (we only need every 2nd or 3 rd day) or toiletries. You have to ask them for it.
Good stuff: great location, friendly staff, clean hotel. We like that they provide drinking water machine in a room. If you travel with a family, they have a separate section with a sofa bed for kids with necessary kitchenette.

The hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to the beach and in the middle of the village. It has the level of really good European hotels, by interior design, cleanliness & comfort. Bayu did a great check in with us and he spoke English really well. Only at the pool we had issues communicating, since no one in that shift actually spoke any English. The hotel even made a little surprise for us in the room for our honeymoon and they respected Hotels status so we got an upgrade. The restaurant is excellent: food, drinks, staff, live music and atmosphere - cheerful, classy and nice. They even have a little fountain in the courtyard which is great to offset the street noise if you want to enjoy your balcony. The rooftop pool is small but nice, with a great view.
