The staff was friendly and very accommodating. This place is smack dab in the middle of everything, within walking distance to many places. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This is excellent hotel for visiting Hanoi. Tons of great restaurants and Hoàn Kiếm Lake , night market and BRG mart nearby and just 1-5 minutes walking distance. The staff is so nice and helpful especially Hannah Le. After I booked my hotel, she has already contacted with me through WhatsApp and provided a lot of information about hotel services and local travel program. Her excellent services making my trip so easily and safely. Next time if I visit Hanoi again, I will stay within Splendid for sure.

Hotel is only a few steps away from Hoan Kiem lake and perfectly located for exploring the old quarter of Hanoi and surrounding area. Rooms are small but comfortable and has everything you need. The service from the staff was excellent, and a special thanks to Hanna at the front desk who was outstanding from check-in and throughout our stay.

We had a great time staying at the Splendid Hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's very clean and close to everything. I found the rooms a little small. Hanna is a great source of information and made our stay so enjoyable. She's outgoing and very fun to talk to. If you need something she will make it happen. Cheers to all the staff

I enjoyed my stay at this property and I felt it was a great value considering the convenience of the location. The staff was very helpful whenever I needed anything or when I had questions. I recommend Splendid Hotel and Spa to anyone who is planning a trip to Hanoi.

The room was neat and clean but a bit small, especially given the price. The location was ideal. The staff was extremely helpful in making dinner reservations, setting up tours, and arranging airport transfers.

The property is in a good location. The staff particularly Hannah, Kevin and the young guy who is in the night shift were really very helpful and accommodating. The staff went an extra mile to help us.

The location is good in a small hotel. It's a pity that I was worried about the noise until midnight and I couldn't use the hot water shower. The staff was friendly!

We stayed 8 days in total at Splendid Hotel Hannah was amazing organised a 3 day tour of Sapa and a 3day cruise of Halong Bay plus all the transfers from the moment we landed in Hanoi and back to the airport to leave including transfers To Nimh binh at a very reasonable cost. The hotel was OK the location was fantastic We easily walked to all the all the major attractions. All in all a great holiday and will definitely return to the Splendid Hotel

The hotel was great as always and super convenient to all the action, but quiet inside. But the front desk staff, particularly Hannah, is the BEST!! Second time here and will be back.

Very nice clean bright hotel close to the lake. Centrally located and easy to get around with lots of shops & restaurants near by. Both Kevin & Hannah made my stay extra special with their attentive care

Felt very comfortable in this hotel. It’s close to all attractions in Hanoi and the hotel is clean and bright inside the room. Special shout out to Kevin & Hannah who made me feel very welcome and spent a lot of their time making me feel comfortable.

Got off to a bad start when we arived all locked up and shutters down however rang the door bell and all was sorted very quickly had our resivations at first but all was good in the end States breakfast included but no restaurant?? Which we fiund confusing did not spoil our stay as the staff where brillient and so helpfull

Overall stay was excellent with extremely friendly hostess Hanh. We felt well taken care of while staying there.

Very well located, excellent value for money

3 stars reviews and pictures are not true on website. Narrow alley is the check in counter. Room card having problem open door, dirty room, a/c having problem need fan to help out, comforter cover has blood and oil stains, rain shower spray water to ceiling, safe not bolted down and compressed fire extinguisher standing on floor should be mounted for safety. Honest opinion this is a terrible hotel.

We stayed at the Splendid Hotel and Spa for 10 days in Aug 2023. The hotel itself was nice - we had a large room that came with all necessary amenities such as free bottled water every day. The room was very clean and comfortable - and was equipped with both air con and a fan! The location of the hotel is perfect - only a few minutes from the lake and less than a 30 minute walk from nearly every single tourist destination in Hanoi! However, what makes this hotel outstanding is its staff. Ms Hannah was an amazing host - she helped us book two separate trips during our time here, checking which days were best for weather and finding us good prices. Everything was arranged for us - all we had to do was show up. She even told the tour company in advance about my food allergy, making the whole journey stress free. She also helped us with transport to and from the airport, as well as with laundry services. The rest of the staff (unfortunately I don’t know their names!) are equally as lovely - you are always greeted with a smile and they are willing to go the extra mile to help. I strongly recommend this hotel - mainly for its amazing staff!

The hotel is clean and accessible to food. I really like the front desk staff. Shout out to Hanna. She is really nice and helpful. The only thing the needs to improve is the air conditioner,should give extra small towels and should give large bottle of water.

Great location. Room was okay and enough as we only needed it for one night. Pretty old and run down though. Only two towels in the room and no extra toilet paper. The staff at reception made up for it all though as they were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! It was a breeze to have them arrange a car for us to get to the airport that arrived exactly on time to pick us up.
