We LOVED this- close enough to the train station, conveniently located to all beaches, the main area, etc. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! The room was perfect (incredible shower!), comfortable bed, cozy but not too small at all, staff was super helpful and nice, it was awesome.

It's directly on a touristic street, which we liked but it's not quiet until late. Great room and location, lovely staff so we did enjoy our stay.

The property is in a great location - close to all the restaurants and the beach. Note: the stairs are steep, so consider a different option if stairs are an issue for you.

Checked out 1 day earlier cause of change in flights and that we new this was to noisy. Felt that this place is to noisy from the street outside and from reception. The doors are not proper entrence door just regular doors inside apartments. So alot of noice goes thrue. If noisy is not a issue, this place has good rooms, good location. We asked for a refound for our last night but they did not offer. We got offerd a voucher.

Perfect location, terrific staff. This is a gem. We had the family unit on the top floor and it is exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and good water pressure.

If you would like to spend your holidays in a charming B&B in bustling, but villagey, surroundings with the most service-minded, helpful and engaging staff and a good breakfast buffet, look now further! This is your place. We stayed for a week, and enjoyed every minute. All who works there, no matter in what capacity, will go out of their way to help you. Always meet you with a smile. The B&B is situated in the small, but bustling main street of Cascais. Excellent restaurants right on your doorstep. We highly recommend the Indian across the street and the Wine/Tapas bar next door. For a culinary experience, try the restaurant Terroso (Rua Do Poco Novo) in the small streets behind the City Hall. In fact there are several good restaurants in that and surrounding streets, including a very good Moroccan. Much better quality food that in the pub/restaurant Square. We travelled to Lisboa a few times, really easy by train. We also visited Sintra which is a beautiful place easy accessible by bus (403 is the scenic route and take 1,5 hours, 417 the direct route takes you there in 30 minutes). The train and buss station are 3 minutes away from the hotel. As are a multitude of beautiful beaches! Cascais and in particular this B&B won our hearts and gave us a perfect week. We will definitely be back one dayl

Very nice place with very nice and carrying owners. It was a bit noisy in the room but the rest was perfect especially the breakfast :) The street is in the heart of the city, very very close to the beach, railway station etc

This is a spotless, charming 'Guest House', really, it's a small hotel on a pedestrian street, literally in the middle of everything. The staff were beyond helpful, attentive doesn't even begin to describe them (For the record I have stayed at a few Ritz Carlton's and while Ritz staff are amazing, the staff here were as good, if not better.). Good WiFi as well as a nice breakfast is included (with the option of fresh squeezed orange juice) in the small restaurant across the street. There is no elevator, which wasn't a problem for me - if it's a problem for you however, you'll have to pass on Sui7es and stay at a lesser property.

Cascais is a quite expensive 'upper-class' area outside Lisbon. Most hotels are quite expensive, but this guest house had a very reasonable price. The room I booked was large and even had a small kitchen area (that I did not use). Staff at reception was friendly and spoke excellent English. Do not confuse the words 'guest house' with the word 'hostel' here, the quality of this place is far far above any low cost hostel! Centrally located in Cascais right where all the nice restaurants are. Only negative I can think of is the breakfast: not because of its contents but because it started at 8:30, which didn't fit well with my personal business schedule during the visit.

Great staff and hotel close to beach. But found it nosy at times, even though the room was supposed to be soundproof so had to take sleeping tablets. Coffee and tea facilities I found was poor as it was on the landing and not in room, no tea bags or milk. Air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Even though I requested a room with no stairs we were on the 4th floor which we found very tiring as we are in our late 60s.

It is in a pedestrian area and is surrounded by shops and restaurants so it is the perfect location. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and modern with nice bedding and towels. The hotel also provide free beach towels which is a great help. The buffet breakfast which is served in the adjoining restaurant is excellent. Great quality, and plenty of choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
