I reserved a room for 2 days and when I get there to check in, there is no vacancies!! I drove 16 hours only to get disrespected At least calling and say hey are you still coming might have been the right MOVE.

Nasty place dirty

There wasn't any thing my daughter or I liked & if it wasn't for my money being non refundable we wouldn't of stayed at all. The rooms nothing like the pictures & it was full of cockroaches. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Also I rented a sweet & that was advertise & we got a regular room.

I did not even check in. I pulled up and it was terrible, dirty, and unsafe.

Complete crap hole. Bugs everywhere. NOT pet friendly.

They gave my room away, I called earlier in the day to tell them I was arriving at 1130pm. They told me when I got there that they didn’t have my reservation anymore because they take people who just show up, so it’s a first come first serve even if you make reservation.

From the time I arrived and they tried to double the price for the room, it went down hill. BUGS everywhere. Smoke detector hanging from the walls, stained sheets and BUGS IN the BED.

Horrible room

I made a reservation prior to my trip. I drove 3 hours and when I arrive Im told there is no rooms. I tell them I have a reservation and I'm told no rooms and the employee walks out of the office. The employees do not try to help and dont speak very good English. The hotel looked to be not very well maintained inside or outside. Judging by the appearance and smell of the office this place is probably a place I don't want to stay at anyway. I would rate this place a negative 20 if I could.

Did not stay there was given dirty towels and sheets had not been changed in weeks. Doubled the price after Expedia confirmed that it would not change. Place looked like a pig pen.

IT was a DUMP! Sheets looked like they were 50 yrs old. Torn, stained, cig burns. No towels in room, i wasnt even given a washcloth. I had to carry my towels in my car to my room. Holes in the wall. Dirty, vulgar spray pained and marker pictures on the wall. Vulgarity words on the wall. Chair, which was some old office chair was ripped and torn up. The curtains were falling off the wall, but at least i HAD curtains. Some units had paper taped up! The only thing that worked was the heating/air. It was the most disgusting place i have ever been in. I should have known when they took my credit card, the first thing he said was, "No refunds." I have stayed in the worst third world countries and have had better accomedations with dirt floors! It's a flop house. i wouldn't keep my dog there.

Nothing because the manager refused me to have my emotional support animal there

this place was pig sty, standing water in the sink, wads of hair in the bedding, no heat, noisy. should be condemed. worst place i ever stayed.

It was comfortable and folks were kind a lot out dated and could have been cleaner.

The rude customer service the methed out hookers out front being screamed at to leave after my reservation was made and paid for claiming he had no rooms . Was very run down owner slept in a hospital bed in the office and was prob the rudest human alive .

Booked a room, got a confirmation number, motel verified the confirmation. When I got there after driving 45 minutes to stay, the Indian man in the office waved me off and told me he had already given my room away. When I tried to explain to him that I had booked the room and tried to show him the confirmation emails, he didn’t even bother, just kept telling me they are full and to go away.

Rooms are not very clean and the office has no computer so online reservations are of no use.

There was nothing that I did like about this place.
