4 nights at the Lantana was superb. Lisa, Anna and team so helpful. Beautiful view across the river with rooms well appointed and large king bed. Breakfast included was excellent. Lovely pool. Transport shuttle to the ancient town. But can walk in 20 mins. I would say this was a perfect place to stay.

The hotel is a 20 min walk, or 10 minute cycle along the river to the Ancient Quarter of Hoi an. We were happy to stay 3 nights. We recommend and will stay again.

Hotel is ok a little bit far from old town will require 30 mins of walking or a scooter.

The staff were amazing, the position of the hotel is perfect for shops and restaurants. The restaurant offers good local food and drinks. The beach is nearby.

The hotel is in a great quiet location, but also has lots of restaurants and convenience stores within the area. To head into the hustle and bustle of Hoi An its only a nice 20min walk (or 5 min bike ride on a hotel bike).
The hotel staff are extremly welcoming and caring, providing lots of reccomendations for restaurants, activities and shops (which were all spot on). The staff will also happily pre book you show tickets, tours and taxis/transport.
What also really impressed us is that they remember your name and are always genuinly interested in how your your day was, what did you do and is there anything they can help you with.

Breakfast foods are not fresh. Being a Vietnamese hotel but lack of Viet dishes. Far from Old Town and they don’t offer shuttle. Staff are nice.

I had a beautiful view of the river from my room and Rosie was so warm and helpful during my stay. She even gave me a ride back when she saw me walking in the rain! I loved my stay here!

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located on the river. Easy walk or cycle to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, night markets etc.
Breakfast included is tasty and includes many Western and Asian options.
The staff are wonderful and helpful and very eager to please. Very happy with our stay at Lantana Riverside.

1) Manager, Ms Mile Nguyen was most helpful & attentive. Also knowledge
2) Property is quiet & peaceful but off the beaten path, thus have to cab it each time. However hotel staff will always call cab, very inexpensive & quick. All restaurants are around/inside the night market. Plenty of cabs around back to hotel. Each way is only 5mins & cost between VND30,000-60,000 ( which is really insignificant)
4) Massage /Spa services could be better

I highly recommend this wonderful Hotel! The staff went above expectations and made us feel so very comfortable. The location is excellent and we enjoyed riding bicycles along the river into the market. It is also very close to the Memories show, which is a great night out. The rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. This is a wonderful hotel for singles, couples and families! But above all, the staff are what makes this hotel perfect. In particular, we appreciated Thuy and Mile for such wonderful service. We will be back!!

Lovely boutique hotel at the end of Hoi An. Amazing staff who went out of their way to provide the best service and experience possible.
They were able to give suggestions for tours and organise the sweetest driver at a reasonable price without fuss.

This hotel was a nice stay for our family. The pool was small but we had fun playing games. The spa was lovely and so convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and we even ate dinner here too. The happy hour was an added bonus. Being able to rent the bikes and tour Hoi An was perfect for the kids.

We initially booked two weeks at Lantana, but we were looked after so well we stayed another week. Mile and her team were both professional and friendly we look forward to our next stay at Lantana.

I have booked two rooms . One with river view and another with pool view. The pool view is extremely not the same as the photo provided by the hotel. I am very disappointed. However, the river view is good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The riverside location is more challenging to get to for cars/taxis but would be great if you want to walk or rent bicycles. Further from the tourist area so its nice and quiet.

Friendly and attentive service made my 4 days very comfortable. Mile and her lovely staff are so polite and eager to please. I had an excellent massage in the spa area and enjoyed a refreshing swim in the small, but very clean and inviting, pool.

Out of the crowded center of Hoi An but close to some really good restaurants. About a 17 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy with a balcony and a nice view of the river. Good massage. You can’t go wrong here.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful and always kind. The breakfast was excellent with many Vietnamese and western choices. The room and building were immaculate. The bikes we borrowed were in good condition. We liked that the hotel was a bit of a walk from the old town, because it felt very peaceful and quiet on the riverside. However, the shuttle to town was also convenient. We also used their beach access one day, which was also very relaxing with good amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Super helpful staff. We forgot money in our room and when they found it they managed to deposit it into the account of the hotel on our next destination so that we could have it back. The hotel is amazing and riverside rooms have great view. Not too close to old quarter, but complimentary shuttle service available.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to old town. Clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Great shuttle bus service to private beach and town. Would definitely stay here again.

But hotel will do everything in order to satisfy you and correct possible errors.

Highly recommend this hotel. The property is beautiful and everything is spotlessly clean. It’s in a wonderful location right on the river and the hotel has convenient shuttles to take you to town or to the beach. The staff were exceptionally nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was the most comfortable I slept in all of South East Asia. I don’t think I’ve ever given a hotel five stars before so this is a first.
