I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and cozy, the staff was welcoming, and the breakfast options were excellent and tasty. I highly recommend it for anyone coming for a US visa interview.

The Belstead Chennai is really a good place to stay. Its location is great. The restaurant food is fantastic. The staff is good. Laundry services fast and cheap. I loved staying here.

Hotel is in great location. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the hotel also has good food options around. The only downside is the super loud music from the rooftop bar above. If you value a quality sleep, book elsewhere. If not, this is a really good hotel.

I usually never review but I was compelled to leave a review about Belstead. Absolute Best Bang for the Buck!! Impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. Though the restrooms can be improved, Overall, Belstead is a good stay.

The location of this property worked great for me. It's centrally located, closer to the embassy. Breakfast was good to. What was disappointing is the level of cleanliness. The bathroom was relatively unclean. My pot was brown, really brown. I have clicked pics for reference. The staff said it's because of running water and they haven't been able to clean/maintain the bathroom. They were not able to change my room because all bathrooms are brown / yellow. Staff was helpful. But there's nothing that could have been done. Don't go by the photos while you pick this hotel!

No help on house cleaning, room was filled with mosquitoes (no sleep in the night) and when asked for hot water, service pointed at Luke warm water for taking shower

Overall excellent.breakfast contracted to nearby Vasnth bhavan signature which we tate as good .the suite was nice andcwe enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Nungambakkam market area. It’s easily accessible. Staff and service were really good. Prompt responses for any help. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread has good variety.

The hotel did not have room available and got us room at Park Avenue hotel. The manager called and apologized and offered one night free if wanted to move back to Bestead next day. No complaints all worked out well.

Very bad experience with this hotel, since I booked this hotel, when i come they said the room is full and bring me to another hotel, without any explanation!!! Very bad !!!

Hotel is located at a prime area. Easy to reach other parts of Chennai from here. close to the subway railway station for those who prefer public transport. The room was clean. Early check-in was permitted on request. The staff were friendly and provided assistance whenever it was called for. An in-house veg restaurant is available for the use of guests. Plenty of other eateries in and around the area to cater to every culinary need.

Positives:
An okay stay and helpful manager, but there are some bad apples in the reception who are rude.
Breakfast was not great and was just okay.
Housekeeping tries to do their best.
Negatives:
When it rained in the night, water started flowing into the room through the windows. The maintenance just came in and put some towels to soak up the water.
Water keeps flowing out from the refrigerator and was again just mopped up by the maintenance.
Very stingy on Toilet paper.
