The only issues was the hard bed and broken refrigerator door. But this place is clean.

Noisy all night. Not the motels fault but it is located next to train tracks and trains ran through every few minutes all night long. There were some other motels in that area. I’m sure they all have this problem. No sleep unless you had BIG earplugs!!

Upgraded and very clean property. The room had been remodeled and the mattress and linens were high quality. Would be nice to have an in-room coffee maker, though.

The room was very clean! The bed was 5 star.......very comfortable! The only negative was the train that seemed to run all night long. Bring ear plugs or a sound machine.

This little Motel had everything we needed for our stopover one night stay. We liked parking right outside our room. The room was small but for our short stay it was sufficient.

This is my "go to" place for my escapes from the Phoenix heat. I have stayed here three times since April. Wonderful staff. Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds. The motel has always seemed quiet and peaceful to me on my weekday 3 night stays. It is on Route 66, so if you are concerned about road noise or trains passing (but never any horns blowing), keep the fan on at night,as it provides nice white noise to drown out anything. I always carry earplugs with me anytime i travel (as everyone should), but have never had to use them here.

Super clean! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful - they even gave us a couple of extra pillows when I asked. We've been travelling throughout the west (CO, NV, AZ, CA) for the last 2 weeks, booking hotels a day in advance when we decided where we'd go the next day. Took a chance on the Relax Inn based on the reviews. I was skeptical because of the price (by far the least expensive of the trip - under $60/night!) but it was a great room. A bit small, but it worked for us just fine. Had a fridge and microwave, and it's actually right on Route 66. Multiple nice restaurants, shopping, Walmart, etc are nearby. My only "complaint" is that the bed was more firm than we like. Others may find it perfectly fine. But overall, this was the best bang for the buck hotel we stayed at in the last 2 weeks of travel. Highly recommended!

The room was very nice. The staff was friendly. As with all hotels along Route 66, train noise can be heard. However, it wasn't bad and didn't disturb our sleep.

Trip was mainly to visit the,Grand Canyon and National monuments around the area. We were out most of 1 day and chkd out on the morning of 2nd day of stay.

Great stay everytime. This has become the only place we stay in Flagstaff. Great location!

All of the motels along this road face the railroad. This motel was fine and no issues but all of these along this road are a little noisy because of the trains all day long.

Out of town but great pricing. Clean and staff nice and very helpful, but the beds are hard as rocks. Had a backache for 3 days.

The motel was clean, checking in was easy. It’s in a good location, you can walk or drive into town pretty fast. It’s in a good area.

We only stayed one night but the room was very clean and tidy. The only tiny complaint i have is maybe put an extra blanket and pillow in each room. Otherwise great little spot!

Picked this for one night out of a handful of local small motels. Did not need anything fancy., just clean, safe and inexpensive. I personally prefer to try these old motels, espec Rt 66 originals, for short stays if it appears they have been rejuvenated…. give these locally-owned places my business vs the big chains. This one lived up to its high rating. Cute old place, room completely remodeled and done nicely. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean. Towels/lines-nice. I did confirm this is a family-owned motel. Desk help both night and morning very pleasant. Hot coffee in lobby. No brkfast, but expected given the very reasonable low rate. Flagstaff is about the beauty outside and away from a hotel. I would easily stay here again and could be very comfortable here for a multi-day stay. Fridge/micro in room.

The rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable and clean. The beds are comfy, and every room I've stayed in came with a microwave and fridge! The staff are friendly, and overall it's a nice, simple, clean, and comfortable motel.
