Place was great

We loved our 5 days stay at the cottage. Only negative was the fact that the AC was on the living room and we needed to keep the bedroom door. Love the pet friendly area and the fact that in less than 2 minutes the kids were at the beach ;) super convenient with 2 under 6 .

Wonderful! Let’s do it again!

Everything was as described, photos were up to date, the cottage was excellent we loved staying here and will definitely book again when we return to OOB!

Perfect place for a family to stay for a fair price if you want to stay a few nights and tour around the rest of Maine. Beach was wonderful!

The property was near the beach and it was clean and safe

The only bad thing here is that they are not accepting check in after 5pm. We booked with Expedia at 4pm and we weren’t able to check in the first night because Expedia shouldn’t be allow to book room there after 3pm. The place is great and is well located near the beach at 2 mins walk.

Had I not been upstairs with a private balcony, I would have been too crowded. However, the room I had was pretty awesome. Will stay again.

We had a great time at Little Miss cottages. The bedroom was quite large, the pull out couch was comfortable. All the amenities were in working condition. Soaps, shampoos and towels were stocked. The grounds are very well maintained and it was a short walk to the beach. We could see the ocean from the cottage and hear the waves at night.

Place was not clean, water on floors from previous family in bathroom. No toilet paper. Heavy smell of dogs inside. Advertisement says partial ocean view, there was no ocean view just sky view, lol

Little Miss has long been “my summer vacation” in OOB. As always they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my dog. However, there was a. serious miss communication about where I was to stay with my family. When I checked in(sinceyou asked) I was offered a room in another building, several blocks away, and NOT on the beach. Nicole at the desk understood my frustration and agreed to put me in a bigger cottage, for a small increase in cost. Thank you little Miss! I will definitely be back.

Office was closed when we arrived but they called to.let us know keys and paperwork would be in our cabin. Unit was clean and well stocked with bath items and cooking supplies. Very short walk to beach and far enough from pier where crowds weren't a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

They claimed it was all remodeled, and updated. It was a horrible remodel. They used the old appliance. The linoleum in the bathroom was rolled over the old linoleum and was pealing up. They didn’t have any hand soap or coffee to get you started. There is only AC in the bedroom with no TV.

This was a great stay for our family. The 2 bedrooms and pull out couch were perfect. A short walk to the beautiful beach.

Individual cottages with picnic table and grille .walk to beach ,Beach Toy rentals surf boards ect. I rent a cottage every summer and so do many of my friends ... Great Family Fun !!

Cute cottages, they are in need of an interior refresh. The cost was not worth the lack of communication with the management and lack of amenities.

The cottage was very nice and it was clean when we arrived. I was surprised they provided sheets and towels. We had a great time. We chose Little Miss Cottages because we wanted to bring our dog. It was a very short walk to the beach where the dog was allowed before 10 am and after 5 pm.

Great place to stay! Very clean, and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally attentive and polite!! Not our first stay, and certainly won’t be our last!

Then when we got to cottage it wasn’t ocean view either. There was a house obstructing the view and a truck parked in front of our cottage the whole time too. Needless to say, disappointed in the stay.

The situation is perfect for a beach vacation. The unit was very clean. Towels where perfect. The mattress on the sofa bed was bad, so was the sofa and there where not enough plates & utensils. Otherwise we spend a nice 48 hours....not sure I rent for a whole week.

Poor WiFi connections, scratched up dining table, so-so inside cottage. Did have clean towels and bed linen. Sign on office said open at 9:am....no one there until 9:45. Many guests were waiting to talk with mgr that first morning. Close to beach, which was nice. Over priced for what we got....we are seasoned travelers and have stayed at 100’s of properties...will not return to this one.

We loved Little Miss Cottages. It was such a cute little cabin close to the ocean, close to the Pier and plenty of restaurants and stores in between. It was absolutely perfect for us and our dogs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; we even stayed an extra night. We can’t wait to return.

Loved our cottage! We almost had a rough start when our place wasn’t ready for us when we showed up at check in time, but the friendly guy at the front desk actually gave us a free upgrade to a nicer and more expensive cottage!! Totally impressed with the customer service and the rest of our stay was great!

Nice location, but really beat-up rooms, not super clean, kitchen/bathroom old and worn. Quaint, for sure. Plenty of space.

Very cozy and steps from the beach! Staff was friendly and accommodating, we would definitely go back!
