Nice place to stay. Rooms were comfy and large. Friendly staff.

Roaches, holes in walls, black mold, bedbugs, no smoke alarm or security lock. We left immediately after seeing our room. Please issue refund.

Spent two nights here only because i didn’t have anywhere else to stay once i arrived in Baton Rouge for the weekend. There was black mold on the ceiling above bed, floors were filthy and i refused to take any footwear off. The shower would not drain and was repulsive on sight. The towels and sheets had numerous stains on them. At least the A/C worked. Had i another option, i would have left immediately. In simplest terms i was repulsed and will never stay here again.

The room was a nice size, comfy bed with small refrigerator and microwave. No coffee in room or anywhere. If you’re looking for a room it’s good , if you’re looking for any amenities forget about it.

The room was nice and spacious but they did have some things wrong I noticed. Both vending machines were out of order, the ice machine worked but didn't make ice, the door knob to leave the room was broken to were when you pulled it to leave it would come completely off, and the floor was sticky.

Good hotel for an inexpensive nights stay. Large room. However property does not have laundry, breakfast, a working ice machine, or in our room, lights were missing

The lights didnt work in the room. The valet wrecked my truck, and the manager refused to come speak to me in person. They made me and the driver fill out written reports on a blank piece of paper with my name, number, room number, and email on it and said the risk management team would get back to me. I never heard back again and have been working 7 days a week so disnt have time to call them. I have too many speeding tickets to make a claim so i cant afford to do that. It was over $1000 In damages so my brand new truck just looks dumb now. I highly do not recommend staying here due to management. I was trying to stop the driver the whole time but he wrecked it anyway from not paying attention/not being able to drive a 1500 size truck.

Current hotel appearance does not look as pictured online. Tried to cancel reservation but their phone is disconnected. Went to the hotel in person to cancel. No one was at the front desk to assist me. Strong smell of cigarettes also they say they prohibit smoking. Felt uncomfortable staying there

The property appears more upscale in the photos than in person. also, when we inquired about the Ice Machine, we were told the hotel did not have one at all. the night before we were told it was not working.
kind of in a rough area. definitely industrial and had to travel a ways to find restaurants to eat at during the stay.

One of my favorite properties. I come often just to get a good sleep on my off days. The staff is great, rooms are clean Best off all it’s very QUIET!!

This Facility has a damp, dark and mildew like decore from the entrance to the rooms themselves.

I like the atmosphere of the lobby area. I didn't like the lack of convenience items, no convenience area in the lobby. Also, the hall on third floor was hot.

There was mouse feces under the sheets of one of the beds. My non smoking room wreaked of cigarettes. The room and the entire hotel was incredibly dirty. The hotel staff told me that they refunded me for the room, but could not produce a receipt because of printer issues. Days later I found out they did not refund my money and still charged my card. I contacted Expedia and they reached out to the property and they still refused the refund. These are deceptive business practices.

It was very clean & the staff are really nice ! The AC was super cool , had no problems my entire stay ! Very spacious room ! I recommend!

Dirty soap with hair on it, door does not lock, towels, sheets and pillow cases stained. One of the most unkept hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Do not recommend.

This place was a smooth check in, it's a good place in town. I used to live around the corner years ago. It's old School old things but the room I had was HUGE. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK HERE. THAT HUGE ROOM WAS ONLY 50.00

The decorum and ambiance seems welcoming but once you get inside, there’s gnats swarming in the elevators and inside your room. There were gnats in the microwave. I also used my own bedding/linen & still got bit by bed bugs. The house keeper was really sweet & took out trash daily but overall sanitation could use a lot of work. There was also a young guy awkwardly standing at the hallway many times during the day to the point where I felt unsafe going to and from my room. The place was convenient for location at the time but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Towels in rooms were dirty, shower and bath had stains. Room smelled like smoke but it was supposed to be a non smoking room.

The property is ok but furniture is very old and outdated. It was not noisy. It really needs an upgrade. The tv is small on the wall. I did have roach in my room and hair in bed. It would not be my choice honestly. I stayed there because it was convenient for one night and was recommended to me. Photos look better than actual space. Staff was easy to work with.

Not as advertised, not clean at all, stains on sheets, furniture dirty, very noisy, booked for 2 nights but left after the first night, my family was meeting me there after the first night but decided is wasn’t safe, so booked a room elsewhere

Bedbugs!!! Apparently my husband's is very sensitive to them. He was bitten just about everywhere after one night stay. Had to go to an urgent care for treatment
Upon examination of the bed, the sheets were filthy and apparently unchanged. Never stay here

The lobby was beautiful! The rooms themselves need a MAJOR update. The beds and color scheme is from the early 90’s. The staff are amazing tho.

Friendly staff, but very dated property. Limited housekeeping and minimal amenities. If you’re not picky and are looking for budget price, it’s perfect.

There were fried blood drops in places. Stained linens. 80s rollawqy beds very uncomfortable. No dining. Exp and limited vending. Cups that are wrapped in plaatic had hokes like rats had eaten around it

This was the only hotel with an available room on our way in to Baton Rouge so we booked. The property is not in the safest area and looks pretty run down. When we got in our room and settled in the beds, my daughter noticed a bug in my bed. When we inspected both beds, they both had bed bugs. We took pics and videos, then left. The manager was nice enough to refund our money but he did not act surprised about what I was telling him. He didn't even ask to see the pics or videos. Just apologized and refunded my money.

Towels in bathroom have a cigarette burn mark in it that was kinda like weird and hadn’t been changed.
