The hotel was booked so there was a lot going on. However, the freezer smelled like seafood, there was someone else's hair in the shower and sink, and the burners in the kitchen did not work. Additionally, there were no sheets or pillow for the pullout sofabed. The kitchen had red sauce splattered on the wall and under the microwave. The room had noticeable marks on the furniture but it was mostly clean.

The bed in our room squeaked and rattled with the slightest movement. It was absolutely ridiculous! And we had a yappy dog barking in the room next to us. We are extremely disappointed in our stay.

For the amount that you pay for this hotel, I would expect a little better service. The front desk guys with black hair couldn't get anything together. We kept calling him for items and he kept on asking stupid questions. We arrived as a family of 4 so we needed an extra pillow, I already took the one out of the closet and he was asking me questions as to if I took it out of the closet. Yes, but I still have an extra person in the room. There was no toilet paper, no towels, completely disorganized. The night employee needs a better attitude and needs to get rooms organized better. This was our second time staying. Last year the stay was great that's why we came back. This year the hotel needs more employees or a better front desk guy. Breakfast in the morning they kept running out of items and the guy working food service just stood there not refilling anything. It was painful especially since this was the ending to our vacation.

I barbecue regularly and would recommend keeping the BBQ utensils well-maintained. Apart from that, I must say I was quite pleased with our stay, and Solomon and Long were very helpful during our visit. No complaints about the room; actually quite spacious.

Nice service, had a late arrival and all went very smooth. Only thing we did not have enough towels, but also needed to make our own pull out sofa for the kiddos

Friendly, professional staff. Rooms amazingly big and clean. Family had space to enjoy including a kitchen in the room that also had plates and cups and utensils. Bathrooms also had big bottles shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. This is great for families who might have forgotten to bring any of these items. Pool also clean. Highly recommended.

Water at this hotel makes your hands feel slippery. The front desk said it is because of added chlorine in the water. So be cautious if you have young kids. Do not drink tap water.
Nice breakfast area with cereal, waffle machine, etc. But the eggs were soooo bad. Probably poorly made powdered eggs.
Overall looks nice on the outside but some important details to consider.

Expedia listing said hotel offered crib, hotel does not and they said “they can’t control what Expedia posts”. Their solution was a pullout sofa, which is not actually a solution for a baby.

The hotel was pretty clean most of all, the only dirty thing I referred to is the towel. They were pretty disgusting when we replenished the towel and they were full of black hairs when we opened it. Also the quality of the towel definitely needs an upgrade. The reception on Wednesday night did not offer any drinks which was disappointing.

The hotel has a very nice free breakfast, its clean, has spacious rooms and is very quiet. We had easy access to downtown Boston, with easy access to local quaint resturants in Needham.

The hotel is located along 95 very convenient. Near Needham and Newton with many dinning options and shopping area, also close to subway stations, love it.

The hotel was good and convenient to the highway. However the shower was not hot enough, and the pressure was not good. Also, the breakfast bar was subpar for those who don’t eat pork, they jsdypulled pork every day we were there. And when I called downstairs asking about, they were really quite rude about it and said well that’s every rotating menu. It was comfortable and good for business and for families. We had a two room suite with a bedroom and a full kitchen, and they are very proper on time with bringing up pans to it however, I would say to put a bigger trashcan the suites usually have up to six people in them and they fill out fast. Would we choose again mb.
