Clean rooms and good breakfast for the price. I will definitely be back.

Front desk staff where very nice but the room was a little dirty the top sheet of bed looked stained and the bathroom was not very clean. The only other issue I say is the breakfast that they provide in the morning it was awful the taste was terrible and the counters and tables where dirty and the selection was horrible so I say that was one of our biggest disappointments.

The location is great. The outside grounds of the hotel need some maintenance. The basketball court flooring was coming apart, the outdoor seating was dirty and a mess. We had a dirty towel laying in our bathroom on a shelf. The handle on the faucet in the bathroom would turn on, but it was lose, so it would not allow me to use the hot water. There were two guys at the front desk when we checked in. The first guy was helping a customer check in. The other guy was socializing with another worker. The first guy had to ask the other one to even knowledge us, even though we were right in front of him for several minutes. He would look at us but would not greet or help us. The first worker had to ask him to check us in. The guy joking said no and then proceed to do so. I know good help is hard to find, but customer service is important. There are other hotels around that area with similar price points if not better. I will definitely try a different one next time.

Loved the rooms! Tall ceilings and very clean rooms. Great customer service and location. Breakfast was okay.

Hotel is in a great location if going to any local events. Rooms are clean, I really enjoyed my stay!

For the most part our stay here was good. Rooms are spacious, hotel was pretty quiet even though it was full, desk staff were very friendly and location was great! Only a couple of things that need to be addressed: 1. The ceiling fans in the rooms need to be cleaned! It’s awesome that they are there but we didn’t turn ours on because it was so dirty that I didn’t want to the dust flying around the room. 2. Breakfast: when we went down to breakfast about 8:00 there was no food and no regular coffee. They were working on getting everything restocked but there were a lot of people waiting so we decided to go elsewhere. However, while waiting on some other family members to get downstairs my granddaughter got some fruit to tide her over. As she was eating a strawberry, a live worm came out of the strawberry as she was putting it in her mouth! Disgusting! I know it happens but do a better job of washing the fruit! Also, there’s no juice of any kind. Coffee, milk and water only. 50/50 on whether we would stay here again.

Convenient location

The location was great. The room was very large with a small kitchen. Breakfast was good.

Great common areas snd breakfast. Pool was nice although we missed a hot tub. Room was spacious but could use new carpet and some paint updates. Overall clean and nice. Great proximity to shopping etc.

We liked the property as it was very well maintained. The Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Really liked that they had quite time from 11pm to 7am. Our room was perfect we got the exact room we wanted.

Our bathroom tile was broken and several loose tiles that could easily cut your foot open. The bathroom door would not close due to it rubbing on top of the door frame. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were absolutely discussing and still have nasty food particles in all of them The bed was worn out also. The breakfast was subpar for sure. Waffle maker was not plugged in lights were very dim, and had browns were cold and soggy. Over all I give it a 2 out of 10. There are plenty of other places to stay around there so you should check them out.

The rooms were spacious. We liked the digital key; however, it wouldn't work for our actual room. Breakfast was okay. Could have used some more towels and washcloths, as there were only two of each. (It wasn't a huge deal where we needed to call and get more, just something to consider.)

Bed was itchy and room was average. You can hear through the walls as it’s not sound proof and upstairs guest walking cause disturbance throughout the night. The shampoo and shower gel was also empty. Charging for parking was unacceptable.

Had 4 people but only had 3 towels. Front desk was not sympathetic when i mentioned it during check out. Shower did not have conditioner and shampoo did not provide a decent lather. Inadequate for a nice 3 star hotel.

Outdated. Bed was like a hard concrete block. Nosey as crap. We were right off the dining area and it was just loud. Dishes in room but no silverware. Only 3 towels for 6 people. Breakfast was honestly the worst Ive had in awhile.

Over all it was ok! It was so noisy with kids running up and down the halls all day and nigh and handicaps parking was used up by none handicaps! Sad to see. So we had to walk a distance! But rooms was nice and clean!

Wonderful stay

Not enough employees, just the receptionist working alone in the whole hotel, washers and dryers didn't work, pool didn't work

Pool had a sign up from the State saying it was closed. Seemed sketchy. Why would the state shut the pool down.

We were very disappointed and expected much more from a Hilton. The front desk was not friendly and barely talked to us. We asked about the pool( which was the one reason we booked) was not open because of a permit! It should have been corrected or at least explained and apologized for! We travel with our young son and after 10 hours in the car he was excited to swim! When my husband asked about it later was told nothing but to call the manager! Terrible customer service! The place was not kept up either. The public bathroom had a plugged sink, the dining area was dirty. Very very disappointed for a Hilton!

Overall it was a decent stay. I, personally, didn’t enjoy the breakfast options (my kids enjoyed the waffles) and the breakfast area had gnats and flies. The comfort of the beds were just ok. The room was nice and spacious and the hotel itself was aesthetically appealing.

It exceeded out expectations for the price point. Nice and clean, large room at a cheap rate. Great breakfast!

Staff was extremely friendly! Breakfast was top notch! Room was well laid out!

This is a jewel in the area of surrounding hotels. The staff is excellent. The suite room is newer and perfect. Highly recommended

Just wish since we had late late check in due to traveling That we could have late check out like 3 pm instead of checkout time

We stayed there for 4 days. It was 5 of us. They only have is 5 towels and we asked can we get towels. They only gave us 2 towels. 7 towels is not enough for 5 people for four days. They did not have reception every night even though the website stated it. They did not clean our room at all.

Great location to stay if you are seeing a show at Azura Amphitheater.

For the low price I was highly suprised with our room. The size was amazing, and it had a full kitchen which I rarely see in hotels. All of the amenities in the room were awesome, and it appeared everything was clean and well taken care of. Both of the front desk people I spoke with were very nice. It was smooth checking in and out. The included breakfast wasn't my favorite but for no extra cost it was a nice option. All in all i would gladly stay here again if in the area.
