I’m a frequent traveler and stayed at L7 for Seoul trips. Location is very convenient for shopping, groceries and train station.
Room is very clean and found laundry facilities to be so useful.
However, during my recent trip, I received a message from L7 that I am a no show and will be charged the fee. I checked with the manager on duty, he confirmed I had no other reservations and checked in accordingly.
Replied to L7’s message but no response.
I saw that my credit was charged.
Hotels.com support tried to help me but L7 insisted I was a no show & mentioned that they attempted to reach out to me several times. I only received one message about being charged the no show fee, I replied immediately but no response from L7.

everything was good except parking... had parking under ground but very very difficult to drive as it is too steep.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were all very nice, polite, and professional. The housekeeping staff was top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Korea. The neighborhood is convenient to many restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. Plus, the mall was about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms are average sized and functional. However there were no nearly enough drawers for clothing for two people for an eight night stay.
The elevators are very slow.
The staff are excellent, the rooms are clean and the bedding was fine.

It was my first time staying at your hotel. Overall I am satisfied though, few things I noticed which I did not like are
1. I used your hotel for business trip. However first few days of my stay, other room guest with a group of people were talking loudly at night so I could not concentrate with my work. Maybe better to locate my room in the more quiet area/floor next time. I will be traveling to Seoul regularly.
2. Many times elevators were full and took long time to catch.
3. Heavy traffic
4. Room needs to be cleaned better, especially bathtub and carpets.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it conveniently located close to the station, making it very easy to find and access. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free.
However, I was disappointed with the quality of the room. For the price, I expected better. The room was quite small, and the overall quality did not justify the cost. Additionally, the towels provided were very old and frayed, with broken stitching, which was quite disappointing.
While the location and ease of access were definite positives, the condition of the room and amenities left much to be desired.

I was approached by several men if I want a massage at night. The staff at the front desk was not enthusiastic to help if you dont speak Korean. The facility is ok like 3 star not like 4-star hotel in Japan. The wall tiles in the bathroom are the same in the shower that cause mildew and potential slippery.
