Properly managed hotel and very nice in house hot spring spa.

Hotel did not disinfect the hot spring tub, I got yeast infection after using the tub. With the high price and late check-in, early check-out schedule. (Check in after 4pm, Check out before 11am) I would expect the hotel to clean and disinfect hot spring tub thoroughly knowing all guests will be using the tub. After all, it is a Hot Spring hotel! Very disappointed. For all the ladies, be aware!!

It is a hidden gem for relaxation and heeling. Nice size room, luxurious bedding, good size hot spring soaking tub, and even a small seating area for after hot spring to cool. Hot spring quality should be world class level. Nearby Yangming National park has number natural trails for all levels. And the staffs are polite and always ready to help! As frequent customer, we are a fan!

Very neat and comfortable. However, traffic is a bit inconvenient.

We enjoyed our short stay at Asia Pacific Beitou and truly wish we could have extended our stay. We notified the hotel that we were arriving ahead of check-in time and they helped to store our luggages as we went about our day. Everyone that we had the pleasure of interacting with were so nice - especially the porters and the front desk. When we left our bags, Darren gave us an introduction of the property and informed us that we were upgraded - lucky us! We were also given water while were waited for the shuttle bus. The hotel provides a shuttle service around the area and to Xinbeitou and Beitou stations, it was super convenient. Not to mention, if you speak Mandarin, the porter/driver gave us great food recommendations for Beitou! The room was clean and comfortable with its own hot spring tub. We wish we had more time here!

The in-room pool is the highlight of the room. However, the room could provide some tableware such as spoon, fork, dishes etc.

Great weekend stay

Stayed one night for hot spring weekend. Hotel is at the hill top near top quality hot spring source. You can overlook layers of green hill and enjoy the hot spring in your private own room. Premium room has a small Japanese style siting rest area for cooling and sweating after hot bath. Room is clean, has premium bedding, and Japanese style pajamas. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the only restaurant in the hotel. Light and healthy, just perfect for a weekend stay.

We had an amazing time and the service was excellent. The hot spring in the room and downstairs were great and there were plenty of amenities for our little one. The one downside would be the limited dining options during off-hours (we were very jet-lagged and awake at odd times).

The entire experience is fine but there is one weird thing for our family. We four (dad, mom, teenage daughters) checked in a family suite where you can enjoy their hot spring inside. But there is no door or curtain between the hot spring tub and coffee rest area. So, when other people are taking shower or bathing and I am sitting at the coffee table, I need to move away coz it’s very awkward!!! Suggest to add a curtain.

Great place to spend a weekend! Nice and clean hot springs! Small but clean swimming pool ! Nice restaurant, but only one need to get in early!!

Very nice hotel, good location, nice facilities. The front desk staff was awesome. We had numerous last minute requests and they met all of them. Wonderful.

Great experience of Hot spring vacation

Due to coronavirus period, they cleanup everything pretty well. They checked temperature at the front door, spray alcohol on each one's hand. The hot spring in the room is perfect for us to take care of kids at the same time. Kids love thr swimming pool. But, beacuse of the virus period , they change their meal from buffet style to private set style. They used to not charge for kid age under 6 yr old. Since they change to private sets style, they don't prepare meal for kids ... This is really disappointed ! ... I've called to confirm if they includes kids meal before booking. They saif yes, but in fact, they don't. We go as a family trip with two kids, buy they told us they don't include the food for kids.... Their restaurant manager did cook something extra for our kids for free this time, but in the future, this will still be the issue if we bring our kids with us. Also, somehow, their orange juice taste really weird.....even our kids don't want to drink their juice...don't know why.... Other than these problems , overall i still like this hotel! Comfy bets ...nice hot springs .

A decent property with proper maintenance but the F&B service was not up to standard, particularly the quality of food served in breakfast and dinner which were included in the rates. We would expect higher quality of food in a hot spring resort in this price range.

I booked three rooms for my family all of them are happy for their stay. Everything was just perfect

I came with my family. It’s very comfortable and relax here if you want to fill up energy. We lived in a family room , wide and clean room for 4 people , that has onzen tub inside. Hotel has breakfast and dinner for us , good ingredients and high quality meals. We love this hotel and if we have time , we’ll come back again.

hardware is perfect. however, the staying experience was not too nice. it needs to recserved in advance for dinner period, but we only know this when we arrived hotel by 4pm. while the hotel said the 730pm session was full and only allow me to take 530pm session. i mean it is ok if i can know it earlier. eventually the hotel arrange me 730pm after i request 3 more time. it was appreciated but can do it better. by the way, food quality is just normal. i was expecting better for paying this price.

A special cake and wine 🍷 , as well as a very nicely drawn anniversary card were given to us by surprise, out of the hotel’s care about our experience; 2. There were some small mechanical noises at our room due to the A/C system issues at the last night of our stay. The hotel offered us to stay at another room for sleep, while keeping the original room for us to avoid the hassle of moving between rooms. We did not take the offer as the noise only happened a few times, and we could live with it. Instead, the hotel gave us extended check out until 2pm the next day, which enabled us a lot of flexibility in trip planning. 3. We want to recognize the hotel staff Vivian Hong ( 洪以柔), who took great care of our experience. Vivian paid attention to the details in arranging our room in perfect conditions. Also, she followed through all our requests to ensure execution meeting our requirements. With Vivian’s attentive service, and the teamwork that she facilitated, we truly felt the love and care from the hotel to celebrate our anniversary! We endorse the hotel’s passion to serve the customers, which was perfectly delivered by Vivian and the hotel team. We would highly recommend our friends to come and stay. It is going to be a remarkable experience!

The Spring is good at the private room. Drinks unlimited offer also good.

Everything was good, only shuttle service waiting too long!

happy hour is too short, but dinner and breakfast are good.
