The property is nice and was just fine for what we needed. Had to walk for meals and did not expect that but made it work, the electricity went off and we had a run around to get out and into the property. This needs to be reviewed for the safety of all.

The room was moldy and the bed was dirty. I had to request to be transferred to another room. The receptionist was very helpful in transferring us. The alternative room was not moldy but the cabinets in the kitchenette were moldy and broken. I would not stay at this hotel again even for free.

Good for a cheap one night stop over.
Quite run down, pillows were tiny.
Pool was a bonus and instant coffee available in reception.
Couldn’t quite see the purpose of a coffee machine in the room with no coffee or filters.
If your looking for a cheap stop over would recommend and Super U is ten minute walk away.

The accomodation space is small and the air conditioner was giving problems for 2 of the days there. The walls could have been more clean

It was good. Customer service was great. Appearance was old, there were spots on the sheets and towels.

My first visit to Fantastic Hotel, and I was delighted by several things: the warm welcome, the lovely room, the swimming pool and the near-by market to purchase food things. Delighted too that it is a short walk to Marigot Market and to the bus terminal for movement around the island. Because of age, I may not return to this hotel or even to the Island, but if I did, Fantastic is a lovey place to stay.

Booked last minute. All the restaurants were closed because it was late Sunday night. The owner James personally drove me to his favorite late night food spot. He also upgraded my room. Amazing customer service

The young lady was working at the reception was amazing very professional and friendly and helpful. The only downfall with the hotel was the noises from some kind birds that kept us awake all night but everything else was excellent

The staff at the Fantastic Hotel were superb. The hotel is a little dated but I enjoyed being away from the big resort hotels and being able to experience the local people and culture. Incredible service and a very enjoyable stay.

Small, very clean motel. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly, with good advice. Hotel good for layover or as base for wider trips. Half hour stroll to town. Cafe bakery next door (not part of hotel) for breakfast. Small pool, well kept, to refresh.

Small hotel in residential Marigot. Hazel, at front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Room was immaculate. Great beds and wifi and satellite Tv chanels. . Very close to Howell Center for shopping and Super U grocery and main road between Marigot and Grand Case and Orient Bay. Would highly recommend.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a super friendly staff. Checking in was easy, the room was great with a beautiful view (our room was on the 3rd floor), the pool was great, and they have strong wifi, which comes in handy when you have no phone service and need to contact someone. Its also just around the corner from a supermarket store and a pizza place.

It was convenient to the hospital. The hospital where my friend contracted an infection and had to be hospitalized after returning home to the CLEAN facility in the US.

We stayed 1 night during the carnival season when we came over from the neighbouring island, Anguilla to see a movie and need a place to stay. It is by no means 5 star accommodation, but was suitable for our purpose and conveniently located close to the Marigot Ferry terminal. It is about a 10 minute walk into town and served its purpose. I would definitively book again for a short weekend trip or overnight stay.

I look forward to having food services on the premises and would strongly urge the provision of some way to hang up one’s clothes (not a hook, rack or cupboard in sight!). The front desk staff is excellent:welcoming and helpful. I hope I can see you all again next year. David Mirsky,M.D.

Room was big and clean, but no hanging space not even one hook for clothes. Only a chest of drawers. Bathroom small. Area not much around a small supermarket and a bakery. Guests were loud so difficult to sleep. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
