Hard to ruin someone's day twice during a one night stay but they managed it. I had this one night stay and another schelduled a week later as I traveled through Phnom Penh to other destinations. I had stayed here in February of '22 and enjoyed my stay. As I checked in, I asked about breakfast hours since I would be leaving early the next day. They made no mention of preparing a breakfast box for us and I just assumed it wasn't an option as it had been at other hotels. I checked in and while my friend was in the shower came down to ask for 2 extra towels. I'm not above using a towel twice but since we were leaving the next morning I knew they'd have no time to dry out. They acted like I had slapped them in the face! They were dumbfounded. The guy at the desk tried to tell me that for a one night stay they only provided two towels. Are you kidding me? LOL. I have never, ever, in all my travels had a hotel make an issue out of providing a couple of extra towels. Incompetent and unfriendly. The next morning, at checkout, the lady in front of me happily accepted her two breakfast boxes. Of course, they were not an option at this point for me(I asked) since they had been prepared the night before. I canceled my reservation for a week later and stayed at the White Mansion Boutique Hotel. Stay there instead! It was gorgeous and the staff was super friendly and accomodating.

Totally recommend LCS. The manager is a very happy n friendly person which goes down through the staff. Best comfortable beds in South East Asia without doubt . Can recommend LCS as a choice of place to stay in Phnom Penh. Definitely will be back to LCS .

Friendly employees

I have been a loyal customer for the past year, and have always enjoyed my stay at LCS. However, this last stay was so stressful, that I can never again stay at LCS. Your policy of requiring a CASH deposit caused all sorts of trouble, and I had to phone someone to come and loan me the cash. As a result, you will not see me again at LCS.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Happy hour at the rooftop bar is well worth it, we ended up staying until closing time. Only issue is if you are in a group with multiple rooms then get rooms on the same floor because you need to use your room key in the elevator and you can only go to your floor or meet in the lobby.

Best Value in PP. This is my favorite place to stay in PP, and I always go there for their buffet breakfast, rooftop swimming pool, spacious rooms, elegant atmosphere, etc. One suggestion: the rooms' bathrooms need a shower curtain.

I have stayed here multiple times and each time has been wonderful.

My flight didn't arrive until 11pm and I didn't get to the hotel until around 11:45 pm. They were very nice and never complained once. They were even nice when I had to call down as I didn't know how to operate the air conditioner

Very lovely staff and beautiful hotel. Ant in the room, but they were very kind to help us with that. Be sure what is in the room for you when arriving, so they don't think somethings missing when youre leaving.

Great place to stay, exactly what I needed. The room is perfect for a single person to stay for business. Just outside of the busy area of the city, not far from markets and eateries. The room had everything for a business stay, desk, chair, wifi extender. Bed and chair were comfortable for me, super clean room and bathroom. Good food on premises if you don't feel like going out. Perfect for working away from the home or office.

My husband and I were assigned here for our two week quarantine after traveling to the US in 2021. Or quarantine experience was wonderful so when I needed a hotel for a weekend, I booked here at LCS. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is great and very affordable. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I don't have any complaints. When I arrived for this stay, the restaurant was closed for a private event. It's easy and inexpensive to order delivery, so this was no problem; however, the hotel gave me vouchers to get complimentary drinks the next evening. It was a nice gesture.

I really enjoyed my stay

I liked everything about the property. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The only issue I had was i reserved a room with a queen size and a single bed. What I was given a was a 3 single room.

To start with very efficient parking staff. At first glance the Neighbourhood doesn’t appear Friendly and safe. I had to convince everyone otherwise. Once everyone was in the hotel, And we Were greeted By friendly Staff. Everyone child out.The rooms were spotless and everyone relaxed and was appreciative of my choice.

Nice hotel for a stopeover. The Larryta’s bus company is just 2 blocks away.

Perfect location within walk to nightlife and the palace and other sights yet away from the late night noise. Attentive helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent value for money! Will stay there again for sure

We stayed 3 different times throughout February. We were traveling to Malaysia and to Kampot, each time they stored our luggage and welcomed us back with smiles and hospitality. We played cards daily in the lobby and the smoothies and coffee are delicious. The breakfast Buffett has many choices and the dining area is nice. The small gym is located outside in a shady area on the ninth floor which I used daily.

The room was nice, clean and the shower was very good. Unfortunately some (not all) of the staff appeared to not want to be there, which we have not found in other places throughout Cambodia. The swimming pool was also very murky. On leaving the property we were also charged for a minibar item that we didn't have

Nice view of the river from the top floor garden restaurant. The top floor pool and restaurant were great. The free breakfast was great, really enjoyed the noodle bowl made for you. The room was clean, the shower was nice, the safe was nice to have. We had clean robes to wear and the TV selection was good. The balcony was good with a good view of the river but a bit small. The food and drinks at the restaurant were good and the lobby was nice. The stay was overall pleasant.

We have stayed Classic Suite for 4 nights, it was very large (50 sqm), and bathtub was very comfortable. The hotel is new and clean. The lobby has the paint smell due to renovation and cleaning processing going on. The restaurant is on the top floor, they have sometimes breakfast buffet with mainly Asian food choices, or a la carte menu. The breakfast buffet was very nice, especially we liked the noodle station for beef pho. They have limited western food choices, but since we love Asian food anyway, it did not affect on us. The location of the hotel was not so convenient. There were huge construction going on just front of the hotel, and there are very few restaurants or attractions around the area. With short ride of Tuk Tuk or taxi by Grab, you can reach main attraction areas easily. Overall, it was a nice hotel. Staff members were very nice and helpful.
