Bad hotel. The photos are deceiving and it doesn't even reach 3 stars. I had a problem at the reception, they couldn't find my reservation. The girl at the reception (with glasses) and the sales guy couldn't help you. It took them about 25 minutes to find the reservation and they behaved very arrogantly. Bad service.
Once in the room, the description of the photos was nothing similar and it was an old and somewhat dirty room. I was 10 minutes and decide to leave. I asked for a refund and they couldn't give it to me. I even had to dispute it with my credit card. The manager Sebastian was polite during this problem however they didn't help me in the end. In general it is an old hotel, with bad service and the location is not ideal. I do not recommend it, do not be fooled by the other reviews

Decent hotel in a good location. The rooms are in good shape and very clean, but the shower isn't great. The sinks are very easy to spray water. Doors are thin and lots of noise from the hall. Desk staff are hit and miss. Not bad for the price.

The staff at the desk were very helpful, the people in the restaurant not so much and the food was not very good at all. The hotel was older and did not have very good sound proofing could hear the other hotel guests above and the street noise below.

hotel staffs are very friendly, painless check in. but all down hill after that. both our rooms have a bad smell and the alternative they provide smells too. the air condition is very loud even after I turned off mine, you can still hear the noise from other rooms. great breakfast buffet though.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The morning buffet was good with choices of scrambled eggs, good variety of fresh, delicious fruits, yogurt, good variety of delicious pastries and cereals. We had issues with our a/c and they were quick to respond and attempt to fix, which didn't fix it. They, however, moved us to another room which worked fine. The restuarant had a good variety of food choices and very decent pricing.

We had to book this hotel on the fly after a canceled flight. The staff was most accommodating, especially Zaira the front desk manager who managed to get us transportation back to the airport during a national holiday celebration. She was amazing!

Spacious rooms. Quiet area. The. biggest issue is that they use tap water for drinking , tea and coffee with strong taste of chlorine. Impossible to convince them to use purified water.

The property needs some improvements, I had a leaky sink, told the people at the front desk and it was never fixed. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they were always nice and helped me with some tours.

We loved our stay here. Very helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room (we were on the 12th floor), awesome free breakfast with a lot of options to pick from. Clean, beautiful, well located. We will come back!

Booked for 3 nightts on basis of reviews and Location, rebooked for 4 More, then 1 more. Awesome stay. Everything was Superb. The staff is Excellent and always a smile to greet you. Danielle in the Restaurant was a full 5 Stars. Front Desk equally so. We walked to many areas around and do visit the 14th floor especially at night. Thank you to the Management and Staff. Should we wander out to the Atlantic Ocean side again during our Canadian Winter it is here we will stay. Kudos * * * * *

Our first room was great until we found the cold tap for the shower didn’t work so the water was scorching, they gave us another room but the new room had 2 uncomfortable doubles instead of the comfortable king bed we had, I had a terrible sleep as a result which defeated our purpose of staying there

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is located close to the Independencia metro station, and there are multiple bus lines that stop right out in front. It is on the main street about a 5-10 minute walk from the Obelisk. I would definitely stay here again.
