Ok location, relatively new clean room, good foods in the buffet but terrible service attitudes from reception. Irresponsible and ignore requests.

Amazing restful stay. The reception desk was friendly, courteous and helpful. I requested an early check in and also if they could hold my bags after checking out. The room was larger and clean. Our room had a water dispenser and we were able to use the mobile convenience store. We also ate dinner and breakfast buffet both were very good. The buffet had a large selection of foods, salad, fruit (during our stay golden kiwis and lychee), a noodle station, omelet station, five different fruit juices, strawberry, apple lime, apple, carrot, and orange. Korean side dishes were offered along with a coffee bar and various baked items.

Room was very clean and quiet. Front desk staff were all very professional and polite. Lot of restaurants near hotel.

Delicious breakfast and good hospitality.

Proper place for tour, clean and tidy. Highly recommend to stay here for the trip in Korea.

We had to make a complaint to Hotels.com about our stay. We booked a room for 3 adults and were forced on check in to share the standard King Size bed provided as no roll away or sofa bed was made available. Imagine this, a 65 year old man, a 64 year old wife and an 83 year old Grandmother of his wife sharing a King Size bed And being charged the extra guest fee as well!

The staff were just so lovely - the botanical gardens a lovely walk - and great local restaurants within 5 mins walk... and we loved having our water delivered by a robot - very cool.

Good and convenient

Next to metro station Magoknaru. Across the street there are plenty of food choices.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. An aesthetically pleasing Eco friendly hotel. We dined in the restaurant and food was exceptionally good.

TAE at the front desk was exceptional and should be rewarded for making our stay an absolute breeze.

It looks like a very cheap place, far away from Marriott standards. The bar is almost empty, we cannot find something to drink . In general very much belove expectations

We decided to stay at Courtyard by Marriott at Seoul Botanic Park after having issues with another hotel in Myeondong. As we have previously stayed in that side of the city, it was a nice change to spend time elsewhere. Coming to Magok, where the hotel is, is like coming home. Not many tourists, you can walk in the park, it's really lovely, see a lot of dogs being walked, sit by the lake, enjoy a coffee. Subway line 9 is directly in front of the hotel and takes you to Gimpo Airport or all the way to Gangnam or beyond (bit slow at times, but there is an express train). The station railroad takes you to Seoul Station in only 13 minutes. There is also a station for subway line 5 which takes you to King Sejon's statue and Gyeonbeokgung only 5-10 minutes away. The hotel is really nice, the staff was super friendly. Room service was not super early (like in other hotels where I was basically bullied out at 9 am). There are shops and nice restaurants around. I really enjoyed my stay as it was less touristy this time around and more like living in Korea for a short while. I would recommend.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our staying at this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the botanic park. The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The room service was just perfect! Also, their breakfast buffet was amazing! There were wide selection of International and Korean flavors.
