To much construction in the area

The building is located in a great area. The area is quiet and night and safe. The unit has lots of closet space if you are planning on staying here long term. I also loved that this unit came with a washer and dryer. It's very spacious. There is a supermarket at the end of the street and there are lots of restaurants close by. The pool was unavailable when I stayed here since it is being renovated but I did not need to use it. I would check with the location before booking if that is something that you really need. I stayed here for one night, but this will definitely be on my favorite's list when I go back to the Dominican Republic.

The room was ok but the fridge was not working properly and the bed didn’t have a comforter , the pool did not look clean at all mold around the borders and the area was not clean

I’m lemont from New York , this is my second stay at this hotel I was so in shock after my first stay I didn’t get a chance to leave a review . I brought my little brother with me and he was so amazed . Super clean super friend staff 24/7 on call . The luxury penthouse is my recommendation. Thank you for having me . We will be back soon . Property is in a great location with a supermarket close by and uber easy to get to anywhere

We had a terrible experience in the check in. My wife and kids arrived a day before I did, and the reception staff would not let them in. They conceded, after a very harsh argument, and after paying an extra 120 USD. (Which luckily were reimboursed on the following day). The property is worn, not properly taken care of and in need of deep cleaning.

The first room I checked in the washing machine was broken and they didn't give me another room. 2 days later I checked in another room and the air conditioner was leaking and the shower 🚿 didn't work, I had to use the sprinkler connected to the shower

The pool was in the basement what is not goo

To be honest...i never saw the property because flights were canceled due to heavy rioting in Panama.....charged me full rate rate anyway

Property was overall good, but could use a little better maintenance for build upkeep.

The staff was extremely helpful and awesome.

The power went goes out in 9F randomly several times, the ac unit on the wall leaks on the couch to the floor, it smells like cigarettes and the rail on the patio is Shaky beware.

Great location but very disappointed with the over all cleanings of the pool Area and the property . The water in the pool was yellow dirty , sauna was dirty . We went food shopping to cook breakfast the next morning and when we went inside kitchen to start cooking the the water supply for hot and cold was missing the pots and pans were dirty and the refrigerator do not stay here

I had to cut short our trip and the apartment staff was very accommodating. This is a good size apartment in an upscale area in Santo Domingo. There is a big supermarket a few minutes away and a few dining options (on the posh side) in the area. There is a big mall nearby (15 min walk) - Agora Mall. Other than that this is basically a residential neighbourhood but Uber is cheap and safe in DR.
