Very central--tram stop outside, good communication from property and very welcoming reception team despite it was almost 10 pm when we arrived.
No mirror in the living area--only in bathroom. Also no cooker hood/exhaust though one hot plate present which we did not use as worried that it will cause steam/smoke and trigger fire alarm--there need to be a cooker hood/exhaust if you expect your guest to do basic cooking.thanks

Well located on the edge of the old town with a supermarket next door. Functional room with adequate provision of kitchen items to self cater if needed. Good bathroom & shower. Good laundry facility but not possible to buy detergent there. Hard mattress that was well stained and so was one sheet. Rather sullen receptionist at desk several times.

Great location in Bratislava, only difficulty is parking. Youre better off leaving your car out of the city and getting a Bolt. ;)

Flat is great and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is great, near everything. There’s a supermarket right under, parking on the street and main attractions nearby. My only complaint is about the grumpy guy in reception (day shift). He has a terrible attitude and we saw him being rude at other guests as well. The lady and the night guy were good though. I recommend it!

Location is fantastic. The apartment was clean, the shower was really good and the free coffee in the “relax room” is a nice touch. For the price I really couldn’t have expected much more.
The apartment was very warm and the AC wasn’t working. We also found an empty wine bottle in the drawer of the desk but aside from them minor things I would highly recommend.

The studio I stayed at was nice and clean. Everything was alright except for the check-out. That part was confusing and not very pleasant. I was leaving very early in the morning and I did how I was instructed but I received an email where I was supposed to confirm leaving. It is not always possible to check emails, especially if I am not aware of such practice beforehand.

Great location for easy access to most sites in Bratislava. Good communication via email and in person at the reception. Great view from the apartment on 6th floor. Could be noisy with windows open or if you get noisy neighbours. Overall great value for money and recommended, would stay again.

Clean. Spacious. Convenient. The perfect accommodation for a brief trip to Bratislava! The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, the shower room great, and the balcony overlooking the city was a fab bonus! Immediately adjacent to the old town, this apartment was close to everything that we wanted to visit, and conveniently located for onward transport.

Really nice apartment to base yourself for touring the city. I emphasize ‘Apartment’ as this is not a full service hotel. You do however get to store your luggage if needed. Washers and dryers were a blessing (and they take touchless pay!) Nina was the front desk person at the time and she was very helpful with the check in process as well as giving great advice on the White Night festivities. Definitely recommended.

Easy to find, clean, central property with all the basics you'd expect and polite receptionists. My room really was quite basic however, only 1 pillow provided and no bedside table or lamp which I found a bit strange and inconvenient. That would be my only complait though, everything else went smoothly and it was a nice place to stay. For the price in it's location, I'd probably go back again.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 young children and it was a lovely stay. Our room had everything we needed albeit a little austere, however it was right beside a Lidl and food court across the road which makes up for the ill-fitted curtains and tiny towels. Directly opposite the old town and tram stations right out the front. Hotel has full kitchen in common room and kitchenette in room. I will stay here again and recommend it.

The lady who checked us in to the hotel was very nice, but when we were checking out there was a man who was not very polite.

It's a pleasant place in a good location (even though it might be bit noisy late evenings and night). Room was spacious and clean. Small kitchenette had everything needed for making nice breakfast (fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle) and grocery shop was just few steps away from apartments so very practical for getting fresh products.Tram stop was very close but most of the main attractions were within walkable distance.
Unfortunately beds were not that comfortable and quite noisy too but for a short stay it was managable.
Room had great big windows and air con was a life-saver during hot days.

There wasn't much kitchen equipment, but you could use the common facilities. We only found out sf existed on the second day. It would be nice to inform about this at check-in.
The apartment is spacious and there is easy access to what to see in the city and to public transport.
If we return to Bratislava we will choose to stay there again.

For the price we paid, this was a fully acceptable apartment hotel. Quiet, clean, service minded staff, elevator, washing room, our own kitchenette with utensils and cooking plate, TV with remote, towels, dark sunblocking curtains.
The only problem was that AC was not allowed to be used because of city regulations (this was mid May 2024) but that cant be blamed on the hotel. The window could be opened so cold night air could be let it.
The location is very close the old town, and walking distance to the grand city castle. Public transportation, grocery store and cafes/bars just around the corner.
