Nice place location is okay.

The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast is tasty which is out of our expectations. When my friend and I left the hotel, the staff gave us some souvenirs for compensation and kept saying sorry for the situation we experienced. Staff attitude is really five out of five as guest can really be well served. I would highly recommend this hotel to others who would like to visit Hanoi.

The staff I met here are the best. The team is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guest have the best experience. Big shout out to Trang at reception.

I had a very pleasant stay at the La Sinfonia Citadel. Ms Trang Nguyen was particularly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent. The spa was fantastic. I don't have a single fault.

Cosy design for room, but the corridor light a bit dim.

I don’t know what to feel about this hotel for the following the reasons: 1. Room was clean, bed comfy but the bathroom was really small 2. The hotel had a funky smell in the hallways and the reception had a pungent cigarette smell because there is always a smoker in front of the lobby doors 3. The breakfast was pretty good 4. The receptionists were quite pushy. We had no intentions on using the spa or the rooftop bar (because the prices were outrageous) but they kept on convincing us to try out the services. 5. One of the “managers” approached us while we were eating breakfast asking us how was our stay but his demeanor (he had both of his hands on his pocket) seemed a bit rude 6. The most ridiculous part was that we were charged for the two coffee capsules. Usually when you have a coffee machine and coffee capsules placed next to it you will assume that these are complimentary but it wasn’t. It was confusing because it was right next to the complimentary tea bags… 7. Location is not the best because you need to cross multiple streets to get to the bustling french quartier zone

The front desk is very friendly, breakfast service is best and all service employees is fantastic and they when over my expectations. I gave them 5 star in service over all. We will be back again soon. And definitely to stay here again.

It was a very special stay. As it is a small charming boutique hotel, you feel very well taken care of. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience. I ate in the restaurant and received stellar service from Haivu, who went above and beyond the regular service to make sure that I was satisfied with the experience.

It is a very nice stay at this property. A good location as it is accessible to all your needs. The room has a nice setup and amenities are as expected for a 5 star property. Services are all superb with very attentive and warm service from all. Three months in Asia and I can say that this hotel has the best quality for such a minimal cost that I have come across. A wonderful experience indeed and I highly recommend friends to come.

From the snack when you arrive, to walking with us to the pharmacy and helping us find medicine, to remembering our names, to providing recommendations, to packing us a breakfast since we left earlier than their breakfast started, the staff here made you feel like royalty. The hotel is beautiful too. The room is well outfitted and the rooftop bar was a fun spot for drinks. We enjoyed the happy hour. The location is great too. This is the only place we will stay in Hanoi in the future, and I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and so helpful. My only complaint would be that we could hear quite a lot of noise from outside the room over night.

Hotel is well located and a short walk to the Old Quaters shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and nicely styled although the walls are a little thin. Breakfast is delicious with hot meals and fresh juices. The hotel is well served by a team of dedicated and professional staff who made our 5 days stay a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast is fantastic with everything and anything available. They organized a taxi to the airport for 350k which was nice. The hotel is located just outside the old town which means it is a little quieter. An easy 5-10 minute walk to the center. My only concern would be the cheaper room doesn’t have a lot of natural light however that makes for an easy sleep in. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at this hotel during our Honeymoon trip. The service from Anna and her team was amazing, the best of all during our month trip. They were very helpful and helped us book our halong bay cruise, day trip to Ninh binh, train tickets and gave us good tips regarding places to see and restaurants in Hanoi. The breakfast was the best too and our only regret s at this hotel are to not have tried the restaurant for diner and the spa services.
