Awesome room, great location and really friendly staff!

Basic amenities, superfriendly staff, good position, dodgey lift that didn't work on way to airport. Had to take luggage down five floors. Comfy beds. Breakfast good, great restaurants close by. Really a young person's establishment. I'm only young at heart.

I love staying here. Great location, cozy lobby with a hammock, lots of pillows and a chill vibe. Good breakfast too.

Great location, friendly staff but room was extremely dirty and unattended to I could hear alot street noise from the windows which all face street. But no noise from hallways which is great. Hot water and fast wifi.

We were there just one night. Since rooms don’t have phones (or TVs), the night clerk personally came up to knock on our door as a wake-up call, then ordered us a pre-dawn taxi to the airport.

I have very mixed feelings about this hostel and it's mainly because of the last 2-3 days that we were there. They consider themselves somewhat of a coworking space and yet the wifi barely worked while I was there. I missed two important work meetings in one day because the wifi was down the for the entire day. The elevator was not working for 3 days and everyday we got a promise that it will be fixed the next day (it wasn't fixed). We were on 6th floor and it got old really fast going up and down the stairs in hot/humid conditions. The private rooms have also seen better days. The hostel is in need of a fresh paint and just an overall updating. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location in Palermo and has great front-desk staff that are always willing to help you and answer all your questions.

This hotel was located in a great location in Palmero. Convenient and safe. The staff were super friendly and helpful.lets just say the hotel is instagram worthy for the design but Its functionality no. Unfortunately, my experience during my stay was not so great. The elevator broke and was out of service for our entire duration of our stay. We had to go through the stairs across and take the other elevator down, just an inconvenience to do everyday. No hot water for the day as well. The ac hardly worked and blew out air not cold and bed was hard and squeaky. Overall not a bad stay but just the one time we went there were tons of mishaps.

The staff was extremely helpful. Outstanding location and a plus that the woman at the desk offered to arrange a taxi service for me to the airport, while also taking care of the transport charges.

I like their happy hour on the rooftop bar and the restaurant attached to their lobby. Very hip look with the greenery.

I was totally satisfied with the value for money of Selina Palermo. Location is great, Palermo neighborhood is charming with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs. For those who want to experience a stay at a hostel for the first time, Selina is perfect, as it allows a smooth "transition" from Hotel to Hostel experience, as in some respects it maintains the quality of the Hotel combined with a dynamic environment of a Hostel.

the best thing about this hotel was the exelent vibe. the only minos was that it was a little to noisy.

its a good place to stay, its kind of hipster. its clean and very located.

This is a really nice boutique hotle in a great area of Buenos Aires. The only negative was we had to ask for more towelsa or during our second staym, there we no towels in the room. But staff was extremely helpful and very flient in English. Loved the neighborhood. Found an excleent restuarnt within a block of the hotel. Would hgihly recommend thisn place.

The aesthetic of the property was gorgeous. I loved having the curtains on the bunks for privacy. The bathrooms were modern. There were two bars with great drinks. They had a karaoke night while I was there which was a lot of fun. They even let me keep my luggage in the locker room after my check out. Overall, an amazing experience!

We arrived at 11:15 and check in is at 15:00. So we asked if they could ask house keeping to do our room earlier, but they refused. We asked again after each hour if the room is available, but only at 14:00 they ansered that they would ask house keeping if it's ready. We were then given the keys 14:45. Any other hostel would have at least tried to make the room ready within 1 hour or so. At Selinas they enjoy watching the guests 3,5 hours waiting in the lobby. The staff just doesn't care. Location is good. Instalations a bit strange. Warm water wasn't available most of the time.

This is not an ordinary hostel but a stylish and high rate hostel. It all starts with the front desk reception team, going though the lobby decoration and more importantly the quality and comfort of the beds. I’ve stayed in a 4 bedroom plus dorm and it has two single beds and both the quality of mattress and the bed linen feels it’s first grade quality. This was what impressed me most as this beds are available both in the dorms rooms and the private ones. Another thing that I was surprised to see what the great staff they have availabe at reception. They are not the grumpy and bored staff that you will find in other youth hostels but interesting and chatty people willing to help you and settle you down easily and efficiently. The location is also very good in the heart of Palermo and within easy reach of many bars, clubs and restaurants. The only thing that could be improved is to locate the basin within a close compartment or within the bathroom. As it stands now, one has to turn on the light and create a bit of noise while using the basin while other guests are resting. Other that than is a stylish and easy to deal hostel. Definitively would stay here again.

They have two single beds and one bunk bed (with two beds). They all have a balcony, plenty of locker spaces and plugs, table lamps, like in a standard hotel. The bathroom is also good with shower, shampoo and conditioner provided. Not the towels though. You can hide them for 150 pesos and they return you 110. I was not able to take advantage of the facilities but they seemed good and they have a rooftop bar with a free drink included at 18:30 so guest can mingle together. I would definitively stay here again. The dorms are a great value!!

Our stay at Selina hotel Palermo was great! Awesome location great service and overall environment. Will definitely come back.

I loved the lounge/common area downstairs with a bar and restaurant. Super nice energy and vibes, great for working and chilling. The rooms were great, loved how private each bed was with its positioning and the curtains. And the rooftop area is just superb. Perfect view for the sunset and having some night fun without needing to go out.
