The 1st room they put me in, the bathroom shower was so small I keep bumping my knee against the shower taps. The 2nd room also issue with the bathroom, there was no shower head, so the water keeps coming at you like one o those high power hose you wold use to clean the side walk

Bed bugs!! No towels ! A.C. Doesn’t work

Very friendly staff. Beach locked because of sargasso although neighbouring beaches were clean, so not sure why the hotel wasn't able to clean its beach. Proximity to main road is convenient but also the source of constant traffic noise.

The room was clean and the staff at the hotel were kind and helpful. Seacrest is not a luxury hotel but felt safe it was great value for money. It is in a good location. I just felt very welcomed by the staff: Donovan, Teneshia, Miss Gloria and Karell. I hope to visit again and recommend this hotel to other visitors who prefer a more laid back and authentic experience of Jamaica than some of the all inclusive resorts.

First, the address for the hotel is confusing and leads to another chain of hotels. Upon arrival, there was one person checking people in on a busy holiday(1/1). After checking in I was informed that the key to my room was missing so we had to wait and see which room could be approved for us. Having traveled all the way from Kingston to Ocho Rios and i was annoyed at thia point. Eventually, we were upgraded to another room. The next day breakfast was mediocre and I didn't make a big deal about much because we only stayed one night. When it's a busy holiday season more than one stay should check people in.

Property overall was great plan to return again

We had high expectations for this property. Many things in the hotel were poor. Our a/c didn’t cool the Villa as there is no glass on the windows to keep the cool air in. Our TV did not work. We had a stove, but we didn’t have matches to light it. We had bugs all around the sink. They were climbing in and all around it. It also took a really long time to get warm water if we ever got it at all. The beach was also very dirty and full of garbage. We would not go back to this hotel.

Beach is not good. We have to go for another beach even we book the beachfront hotel. Food is not that great. Only bread is served for vegetarians. Jamaican food is good. Service is also good. There is no water in the night. Price is high for this place:

Staff were very accommodating and pleasant

We booked one of the villas, and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and private it was. The hotel and the villas are a little dated but they seem to have been doing some work on the property. The Manager was extremely pleasant and all the staff were nice. They have a nice pool and also a private beach access which wasn’t ready when we were there but has the potential to be nice. If you are looking for spacious and quiet then this is it; it is however a work in progress. I would stay again if on a family trip

Very clean and tidy. Minimal amenities. Truly boring breakfast. Certainly adequate in every way. Maybe a bit overpriced for what you get. But neat and clean.

Breakfast was very good. The room was dated and needs refurbishing. The was an infestation of ants in the room. Air con was very old. Staff were very pleasant. Toilet seat was stained on the lid and seat. Shower very narrow to manoeuvre. Pool area was ok. No mini fridge or iron in the rooms.

Being there felt like being at home. I enjoyed the service provided.

Physical property was okay but the beach area was disappointing. The beach area was littered with trash with mounds of debris. It made it impossible to enjoy the beach. The staff very friendly and complimentary breakfast was very good.

The hotel needs to be updated.......water in bath running slowly......toilet makes a lot of noise when flushed.....no activities at hotel......people can look through keyhole of our door.......hotel door definitely NEEDS to be updated! The pot used to carry the hot water for tea at breakfast time was dirty and broken. Tea cups not clean properly....House cleaning was not daily......toilet dirty......AC leaking on balcony.....The location is excellent....the ocean is just at the back of property......sand needs to be cleaned more regularly. A fridge would be a GREAT addition to hotel room.......since food is not provided. Not much channels to view......If they fixed these issues and provide some sort of activity people would be drawn to hotel.

Rooms need updates there was mold in the corner of basen the water pressure very poor. Staff omg great breakfast the best a ittle overall update the place would do much more better overall not bad would go back

The property needs updating and the AC barely worked. The staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant but the property is really old. I came back and found my room door open and I was very disappointed; I havent missed anything AS YET but the staff went ahead and put me in a different room.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay. The air conditioning system was on par for the heat.

Bathrooms condition are terrible, rooms locks need to be upgraded, electrical outlets doesn’t seem to work. Room ceiling paint stripping and hanging down, no phone in room to call the front desk if you need something. No refrigerator or microwave in room got to get out in the rain to get stuff when needed. Staff is very friendly, nice and pleasant. Breakfast was good. I was charged JA $1,200 for one breakfast for one guess who came to visit I didn’t think that was fair because I could get the same breakfast at a nearby restaurant for JA$300.
