Very pleasant hotel tucked away in a side street with lots of character. The staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable and keen to help. If I do return I will stay here again!

We enjoyed our three night stay so much. Stuff were so helpful and nice. They always happy to help when we have any questions. Breakfast was good, more than enough choices! We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a very comfortable stay, the bed is super comfy.
Staff were very welcoming and detailed in their explanation to us. The location of the hotel is great as it is very near tourist attractions with eateries and shops nearby.

The room was spotless, equipped with modern amenities, and offered a stunning view of the Hoan Kiem Lake. The service was impeccable, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring a comfortable experience.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly GM Anise. Her exceptional management skills shone through in every detail. She ensured that everything was perfect, down to the smallest details. GM Anise’s dedication and professionalism were evident as she frequently checked in to make sure all guests were well taken care of. Her warmth made us feel like truly valued guests.

I had the pleasure of staying at San Grand Hotel recently, and I must say, it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of Hanoi, with easy access to all the main attractions. The elegant décor and sophisticated ambiance make it a true haven amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
The rooms are not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. Every corner of the hotel exudes class and attention to detail. What truly sets San Grand apart, though, is the outstanding service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect in every way.
A special mention must go to GM Anise, whose leadership is evident throughout the hotel. Her professionalism and genuine care for the guests make a huge difference. She personally made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible, which truly enhanced my experience. It’s rare to find a manager so dedicated and approachable, and GM Anise embodies hospitality at its finest.

San Grand Hotel left me with an incredible impression not only because of its luxurious atmosphere and professional service but also thanks to the dedication of Ms. Anise, the General Manager. She is truly an outstanding leader, always ready to assist and meet the needs of every guest with warmth and care.
The room was beautifully designed and The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made my stay even more pleasant.
From check-in to check-out, I felt the attentiveness and professionalism from Ms. Anise and the entire team. Thank you, San Grand, and Ms. Anise, for providing me with a fantastic stay. I will definitely return!

We have to say thank you Ms. Anise and her team for making our trip unforgettable. The staff were very nice at all our requests, they supported us with all their heart. The food here was absolutely amazing, I love the Bun Cha, very special and local one. The recepcion staff helped us to book Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh tour which is very well-organised.

Great hotel and staffs were so nice. From the first floor at the reception and the rooftop restaurant, every staff was very supportive and gave so much love and help to the guests. Especially Ruby at the reception is amazing! She helped me get around in Vietnam during my stay, even after I checked out! If ever going back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at this hotel to meet this great receptionist and concierge to know Hanoi more.

The staff here were amazing!! Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a local food market which was good to see culture. Short walk to the lake and nightlife. Nice rooftop bar. Overall great start to hanoi

Although it was just a one-night layover before we headed home..our family stay was very comfortable. Ruby at front desk provided my family and I with a nice size family suite for our stay. The hotel is also located in a prime location so getting last min shopping and finding a restaurant was no problem at all.

The hotel is in a great location for walking around the old quarter. The breakfast buffet is terrific and the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, especially Ms Susan in the breakfast buffet restaurant.

Good location and very near to tourist attractions. Amazing view from the roof top bar and breakfast buffet is awesome.
