Very spacious. Almost perfect.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. Rooms are huge and homely with all the amenities you'd need like a kitchen with utensils, laundry machine etc.. Everything is clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to the old quarter / hoan kiem area My only minor suggestion for improvement would to fit thermostatic valves on the taps in the kitchen/bathroom as the water can come out close to boiling temperature so easy to burn yourself. They should limit the maximum temperature. But a very minor point on a fantastic hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to communicate with them very well because they speak good English.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Was upgraded upon checkout to a larger room that was better suited for our group. Amanda was great in arranging cars for us to and providing us with great recommendations around town.

Staffs in this hotels are so kind. Rooms are so clean and not noisy.

The friendly helpful staff easy good location quiet street walking distance to shops restaurants etc efficient pick up and drop off to airport convenience store next door
