The Bachleda is located in a quiet residential area approx. a 15-minute walk to the Old Town or Wawel Hill. It is an opulent, stylish and extremely comfortable hotel which is superbly well managed. The staff (many of whom are relatively "young") are polite, friendly, smartly dressed, energetic and provide a faultless unobtrusive service. My spacious room (No.114) was restful, beautifully presented and, as with all other areas of the hotel, both stylish and meticulously clean. The bathroom had "wow factor" with every facility including high quality toiletries. Towels and bedroom linen were spotless and equally of very high quality. One comment which might be addressed is the lack of a "grab bar" to aid movement in and out of the shower. This is accessed over the bath which has high-sided walls. This could be a problem for some guests. A wide buffet choice of beautifully presented hot and cold breakfast food. Excellent, absolutely delicious dinner with impeccable service. All in all, the Bachleda is one of the best luxury hotels I have stayed in, having stayed in many. It deserves at least its 5 star rating. Very highly recommended for discerning travellers who appreciate the finer things in life.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. It’s located in a convenient area with a 10 minute walk to the centre and 2 minutes from the river and Wawel Castle. There was some road works going on close to the hotel, but they’re likely to be completed soon. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kracow.

This is a remarkable hotel, from the moment we arrived staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us in fact one lovely male employee came after us and asked if we needed an umbrella s it was going to rain. The room was huge we had 2 singles in a premier room. Best hotel I have ever stayed

No hesitation in recommending this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Good choice for breakfast, everything nicely presented. What really stood out was the exceptional service offered by the staff, they went above and beyond. As an example, heavy local traffic prevented taxis from picking us up to take us to the airport. To get round the problem, a member of staff arranged a taxi to meet us 5 minutes away. He walked with us and stayed until we were on our way. Definitely 5 star service.

We ordered a taxi with the hotel and because it was 10 minutes late, they paid for it, which we totally didn’t expect. So excellent, one of the best hotels for service.

Fantastic property, great breakfasts, good kitchen, well stocked rooms. Nearly a 5 star hotel! The only observation is that the bed was turned over the first night and never again, and the presentation of the laundry was lacking. Everything else was truly fantastic.

Good location but the 2 loads of laundry was $280! That's fairly insulting makes one think they are laundering more than clothes.

Such a fabulous place to stay and about a 10min walk to the town square. The staff can’t do enough for you and are very friendly. Bed very comfortable and the whole hotel is immaculate. Bar and restaurant is superb. Thankyou for a fantastic stay.

Overall excellent hotel

This should not be a five star hotel- it should be four star. The staff is not trained to be of the quality of a five star establishment. They are surly- unhelpful- sometimes rude and generally have a poor attitude- especially the front desk managers and concierge.

Absolutely lovely stay. Great hotel, room, restaurant and bar and the service was great too!

I highly recommend this hotel! The first word that comes to mind is WOW, Superb! Beautiful world-class interiors, fabulous accommodations, and the restaurant will satisfy any and every food connoisseur. The location is also excellent just minutes from the old town. I am definitely coming back!
