Beautiful place to stay and so comfortable and close to everything.

Hotel was clean, smelled good upon entering. In the room the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean. Parking was easy. Beach was beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast in the morning and the daytime staff (other than the front desk clerk who was very pleasant). They were not very friendly and seemed like we were in their way of closing up the breakfast area even though it was still only 9:00. The breakfast items tasted old and not fresh. Also at check-in, there was a live performer right by the check in desk which made it incredibly hard to hear anything and all we wanted after a long day of traveling was to get our room. I would suggest moving the live music to the other end of the lobby.

Amazing stay at Spring Hill suites! The rooms were great for the kid, food was delicious at the restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious! Check in was a breeze! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will be back next time!

This is my favorite spot to stay in Panama City Beach.

Lawrence made this trip go from bad to worse. Horrible performance as a manager. Yelled at my family in the middle of the lobby and made a scene after making us wait hours for a room change. Our initial room had a leak in the wall and stucco was peeling off the walls due to this. Lawrence claimed he “forgot” to call us to tell us our room was ready, resulting in a day of our trip wasted, after already spending one night in a room with a leak. Melinda did her best in making the situation right, however you really cannot make up for the lack of customer service from Lawrence.

Phenomenal staff, with convenience to beach. A short drive to pier park but far enough away from the bustle of that tourist area. A great place to relax and enjoy the sun and water.

The hotel itself is very clean and upscale, we were very impressed, definitely will be returning and is highly recommended. The only negative thing is the room tv has a built-in timer and will shut off without warning and we couldn't get it to come back on

Our check in wasn’t good. The 1st room we were given was very smelly . We went back to the ck in desk & we were given another room which was ok we thought. We had put food in the frig & realized it didn’t work. There was some button. Inside you had to push every 2 hours. My husband called & asked someone to ck it. They never came he called back they finally sent someone. He said they would’ve to get us another frig but it would be bigger. The guy brung us the other frig, that didn’t fit it had to sit down on the floor which took us space we needed. We were supposed to be charged when we stayed but was charged some of the fee before arrival. That wasn’t the card we wanted to use. My husband gave them a different card & told the lady that checked us in to put the total on the card he gave her. She said she did. She never did. When we checked out we found out she had charged both cards & never put back the initial payment. The guy that checked us out got it straitened out. He put back the one payment & charged the total amount to the card we wanted the payment on. My husband has been a Marriott member for over 20 years & that is how he get treated & the nasty smelly room & a room where the frig didn’t work. My husband had gotten a cooler for the food & drinks. We were very disappointed in this Springhill by Marriott.

I loved everything about my stay. I was travwling with a service dog and the staff was very friendly and made check in so easy. Everything was clean and nice. The beach was amazing nice and clean and an easy walk from the hotel. They also have a wheelchair ramp to make getting down to the beach easy. The only thing negative I would have to say about my stay was the elavators. You need to exspect a long wait for the elevators and once you finally get on its usually packed with people. Especially around dinner time and breakfast time. The other was i was very disappointed in the breakfast. To be as nice of a hotel i would exspect the breakfast to be the same. Everyday that we were there the only meat option they had was sausage links patties or turkey sausage. The area is very small and it was impossible to get a waffle unless you wanted to wait in a line to use them.

Beautiful, clean property! Rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Starbucks coffee and lots of snacks and drink options super convenient. Breakfast is great! Check-in lobby, breakfast area, and Compass restaurant and bar are in the same area with ocean view and floor to ceiling windows-so beautiful! Lots of areas to sit and enjoy the view. 3 elevators that are fast. Did have to wait a very little bit at times but not bad at all. Lots of windows to see the strip. The beach is beautiful with chair and umbrella rentals right there. We loved having Harpoon Harry’s very close. Parking was great ($20 charge though). Splurged on ocean view with balcony and it was worth it! Would be great to have 2 more chairs on the balcony. Highly recommend this property!
