Good room...Good service

From the time that we arrived in the hotel it felt like we had to call the front desk to report issues a lot of times. Sink with drain closed off, not enough tissue roll, no foot towel in the bathroom, etc. Why can’t the cleaner just provide everything we need instead of having to call (and of course tip them when they come and provide what we need) over and over? The hotel is really beautiful, very convenient, close to everything, nice pool and bar at the roof deck, the rooms are beautiful, decent buffet breakfast, awesome dining area. can’t complain. BUT the quality of their bath tissue paper isn’t good. It disintegrates so easily. It’s like you are in a one-star hotel. And also maybe train the staffs/cleaners to make sure the guests have everything they need in the room? Thanks.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Housekeeping response to concerns we addressed immediately. Found it a bit strange tho to have pancit molo, pork estofado and halo halo for buffet breakfast menu. Our room had no hot water the first night and by the 2nd night we had requested to transfer rooms. Initially we were given a much small room with a terrible view. We had to demand same sized room as what we had first before they moved me to one. Why they did not do that in first place is quite annoying - we felt we were being short changed when in fact there was an available room

The location was not the greatest as it is next door to a squatter area. However, it is not far from the Megaworld Shopping Complex and a supermarket.The dining staff service was also inconsistent. The first breakfast was excellent and the second day was sub-standard.The bathroom was also a bit weird. When you shower, everything gets wet as there is no shower curtains or bath enclosure.Other than that, the hotel is only 7 months old so it has a new hotel feel.

I hate the food there. The breakfast there was awful and the choices are so different from anything I’ve seen around the world including the Philippines. The property is what you would expect from the photos. It’s decent for its price.

You have to deposit P1,000 and refund it when you leave; Remember this because the staff will not offer or remind you when you completed your check out. and you better have your P1,000 receipt if you ask for refund. It seems your forgetfulness could be exploited.

What we liked: overall it was clean, convenient, and well designed. Breakfast was also good. We didn’t like the fact they provide only a small amount (thin roll) of toilet paper - it was not enough for two people throughout the day. They can at least leave an extra roll.

Eventhough the hotel is new it doesnt cost that much.keep it up....

Nice place and convenient.. staff are very pleasant. The roof top lounge is awesome.

Friendly and courteous staff. They have a comfortable bed and restroom has bidet. Minor feedback on television - we had to call housekeeping to fix it. It would be great if the room has has instructions; also, would be great if they offered help on our luggage. Minor feedback but overall will consider booking with this hotel again. Plus, it’s near festive walk.

New, clean and perfect location

Still some work going on there...but in all a super nice hotel.rooftop bar and pool are very cool...iloilo is a very nice city.

kudos to the staffs. they were really helpful when you need something. from the time that we checked in (renzo) from the staff who assisted us with our luggage (sorry i forgot to note down your name) and for the team at their bar (glorymae, pilsen) keep it up guys 💕💕 will surely inform everyone to try this hotel 😊 only downside was the design of their bathroom and room doors, although the hotel was very new, some of the door hinge were already chipped off and its very difficult to open/close the room doors, the bathroom doesnt have shower divider/water divider as well/only have a shower curtain (tends to flood and becomes slippery)

The pool at the roof deck was awesome! We got it to ourselves lol. There was still some construction going but we didnt mind. The staff were really polite. The breakfast was good. We havent tried the gym tthough. Overall, we had a great stay!
