Wonderful stay - huge room!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was not only well stocked and delicious, but also very clean.

More food choices in the late-night menu would be nice.

Front desk on checkout was not helpful trying to get transport to the airport it was like pulling teeth, then the Metro cab didn't arrive, I called reception and all she says was nothing they could do just call them, though out Australian mobile wasn't working...I did get through and after 50 mins was told the metro cab wasn't coming and had to arrange a Lyft lucky we just made it to the airport though I fell and hurt my knee in the process because we were rushing. No laundry facilities or any close, staff were no helpful eg I live near the hospital so I know some are over there, was told to look on my phone, it doesn't work! Asked where a pharmacy was, didn't know look at my phone again...younger people need to understand not everyone is great at searching your phone...how about have some knowledge of the area you work so you can provide this to your customers

I love my room with the garden view. It felt relaxing to wake up with nature just outside your window.The room is clean, quiet, and bathroom is clean. Breakfast was free and clean seated area or lounge.

The hotel and staff were excellent , the only dislik e was that the breakfast was only Luke was as was the coffee, the toaster did not toast only warmed the bread,.

Great location, super close to everything (it’s not a big downtown, so you’re within a 20 minute walk to most things). We got a king bed room, very spacious and really nice!!!

We are from Birmingham Michigan. Just wanted to get away. Saw meijer garden and designer Jean Stouffer store. Actually was fortunate enough to meet her and husband. Wonderful. The Hyatt offers breakfast and a wonderful location with very comfortable beds and rooms. Very polite and professional staff definitely would recommend Hotel. I fly for a legacy carrier. Great hotel.

The sink the bathroom didn't drain well so it was hard to get hot water without flooding the sink that was my only complaint

Perfectly located, not far from VanAndel at all. The beds were comfy, we had a great view, loved having mugs and glasses in the room, the shower was spacious. Lots of great food choices. Tupelo Honey downstairs was a great restaurant to hit up for brunch and dinner. The entrance is a little confusing. If you walk to the front doors buzz the speaker to the right of the sliding doors to have the staff open the doors. Then take the elevator or stairs to the second floor to find the front dek. If you park in their lot go to floor 2. Only negatives are that the pool was chilly (a hot tub or sauna would be a lovely addition) and that you can really hear other rooms doors opening and slamming shut. That being said we plan to stay here again when we pop over to GR from here on out.

Overall it was okay, until check out time, which I understand the systems were down and that’s why we didn’t get an invoice that same day and time of check out, but if you have guests write down their information for you to later send them their invoice and you don’t that’s wrong on your part.
