View from room looks at buildings and wires blocking the ocean. Pool closes at 8pm has to use the neighbors pool closes at 10pm, closest coffee is 20 minute walk… Rates are to high to just have a place to sleep, A/C is to small for room. No balcony only two chairs near entrance door on third floor, would have to climb on roof for a nice view.

We had a great stay and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was very warn tho-ceiling bowing in, 2 out of 3 TV's did not work. No extra blankets, no shower curtain in one bathroom. But a comfortable stay in all.

We got there and was checking in and I asked what floor we were on cuz there were only stairs no elevator and I was told third floor and I let the person know I had a handicap person with me who was also wearing a cast and wouldn't be able to make it up to the third floor and he made a phone call to the person that was supposed to rent the first floor and asked if they'd be willing to switch with us they said yes and we were able to have a fantastic time not worrying about how we were going to get her up to the third floor unfortunately hotels.com did not tell us that we would be on the third floor because that's where their rooms are. So again to the young man at the Thank you

I liked the beach access across the street. The room was old & the bathroom was dirty. The beds were terrible! The sheets were like sandpaper. The air conditioner was over the top loud. If someone was taking a shower next door it was so loud you couldn't hear the person talking to you in the same room unless they were hollering. This is the 1st bad review I have ever done.

All faucets leak spraying water everywhere, bathtub does drain. Bed sheets felt sandy, no extra blanket in the room. Step narrow unlit stairs which where not safe at night. Poor painting job and furniture in poor condition. The management was very kind,

Nothing like the pictures. The comforter on the beds were stained. The shower head was broke so was the shower rod that holds the curtain. The toilet seat was chipped. Not enough towels for 3 women. Office didnt open till 9am. No phone in the room no menus for take out. Rules were not obided by. Kids running n screaming well after midnight. Will not book there again

I have a bad back which I called and expressed and I was told, don't worry your on bottom floor parking in front of my room, great! But apparently it was ok for others to park anywhere so I couldn't park in front of my room and had to walk. There was loud music, yelling and partying going on outside late into the night and no one stopped it all all so very hard to sleep. It's over a mile to anything to do in town so we couldn't walk had to drive,. When I booked it said 5 minutes to peir, wrong

When we arrived we were given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. This hotel was a non-smoking hotel. We were given a new room, which helped. The smoking post is too close to all the rooms which could bring in the smell as well. You are getting the experience of being close to the beach and ocean with this hotel and that is it.

Walls were paper thin. You could actually hear people’s conversations and they were talking in a normal tone. No light on the steps going up to 2nd floor. Would not stay there again. Ok for 1 night but not a extended stay.

There was no lock on the window. I had to use my jack handle to wedge it locked. Toilet seat was loose.
Only 1 small light in room topped with spider webs. Woken up at 5:30 when people walked down the loud steps. Had to listen to neighbors TV all night.
