Hotel and staff was nice and great location to beach and restaurants.

Nice small hotel close to the beach and in the center of town. Clean comfortable rooms with a nice pool. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent property

the property has a tropical feel, each room is designed for the space and the environment. Beds are very comfortable and have nice crisp bedding. The roosters nearby are very nosy during the wee hours of the morning so bring ear plugs. Will stay again

The swimming pool had a lot of tiles missing on bottom of pool...lounge furniture around pool had chipped paint..looked terrible..not worth money paid per nights 2star hotel

Safe and quiet

Great town. The hotel had a full kitchen in the room making it easy to cook a couple of meals in the room. Doesn’t have a tv but learned you can survive with out one. Convenient to the town. Would return.

Charming, beautiful boutique hotel in the best area. I absolutely loved our room and the artistic incorporation with nature. The staff were so helpful and friendly and sweet and chill and kind. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed for seven days!!

I loved this hotel! The room was lovely and impeccably clean. Beautiful pool area with gorgeous plants and comfortable loungers. I really appreciated the filtered water, and that the hotel encourages recycling and composting.

This is a very clean, comfortable, convenient location. Great rooms. Staff are fantastic!

Great boutique hotel! Would stay here again. AC didn’t really cool the room down much but the fan helped. Rooms were clean and well kept. Beds are firm and pillows very nice. They have filtered water for you which were appreciated. Pool was the highlight.

It’s a nice hotel but the room Expedia sold me was the worst available. Small and noisy right next to the front desk. At night the AC and fridge made enough noise that I didn’t get a good nights sleep.

This place looks beautiful in photos and even better in person! I loved my stay here. The rooms were super cute and comfortable with great amenities; including a fridge even in the smaller rooms and an outdoor area off from the living space. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. I stayed in two different rooms during my sta. A bigger room with the kitchenette was just as spectacular as well as the smaller room. Very spacious and clean. I will def stay there again when I come back.

very noisy street level room ..i asked to be moved as we have kids but the girl at the front very abrupt and not helpful. ants were all over our room and in our luggage!

Delightful boutique hotel, perfectly situated in a lovely village. Thoughtful touches like a blender. Reception staff were amazing, I forget their names, but both started with M. Wish I could have stayed longer, but this gem books up fast. Book well in advance if you want spend time.

Pal.Mar is an amazing and sophisticated boutique hotel that had everything that we needed for our stay. The location, decor and staff were all amazing. It was definitely a little oasis in San Pancho.

This property was beautiful and in a perfect location! A/C worked great. The staff was AMAZING. They assisted us with finding ATMs, arranging rides to/from Puerto Vallarta, and scheduling a mobile clinic to do our COVID tests before our flight back to the US. 10/10 would recommend!

Pal Mar Hotel Tropical was a pleasant surprise! we loved our stay very comfortable, helpful staff. We loved how we can walk to the beach, restaurants, farmers market. definitely will come back!

We loved our stay at the Pal Mar. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to the beach and the Main Street in town. I reserved the suite and it was spacious (the bedroom was, the bathroom is tiny) and decorated so lovely. The kitchenette was fully stocked and you could easily prepare your own meals there if desired. The staff was amazing and so polite and helpful. We used their foldable beach chairs every day and saved some money from having to rent the chairs already on the beach. The bed was comfortable, ceiling fans and AC worked well and we loved our little patio area. Even the little wooden box that held our room Key was charming. It really was a beautiful little boutique hotel. Cons: Noisy. Our room was located right at the entrance to the hotel along the street so we heard every conversation of other guests as the came and went as well as the cars and bar music. The neighborhood roosters will keep you up all night but we used a white noise app on our phone and that helped drown them (and all of the other noise) out. I think the rooms towards the back would be much quieter than ours was. Also, there are no televisions in the rooms (just FYI - not a big deal but thought I’d mention it so you’d know). We would definitely stay here again but would suggest a room towards the back of the property next time.
