Overall our experience was good. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The first night however, our room didn’t have any towels. When I spoke with the desk clerk she quickly found two sets of towels for us and told me she would make a note for the housekeeping manager. Hotel seemed clean and quiet.

The room was comfortable and nice, clean. The facility was good. Breakfast was okay. It was annoying that an unexpected pet fee was $75 a night 🙄. Would have been nice to know this in advance, not at the door.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A LONG TIME, KUDOS TO HILTON. WE LOVE IT HERE. ITS NOT A VACATION FOR OUR FAMILY'S DUE TO A LOVE ONE PASS, SO ALOT OF FAMILY'S MEMBERS ARE HERE FOR OUR COUSIN FUNERAL, ALL IN FROM LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA. MY COUSIN WHO IS A PASTOR MICHAEL COOPER AT CHURCH ⛪ OF I AM HERE IN BEAUMONT IS DOING THE EULOGY FOR HIS SISTER GWEN. PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR FAMILY. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH HILTON IN BEAUMONT TEXAS. We loved our stay at this hotel. It wasn’t the easiest to get in and out of and highway access was tricky because of construction but none of that mattered because the hotel was so wonderful!!

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and her smile and conversation made us feel really welcome. The pool was closed for maintenance but everything else was nice.

Everything was great, except the breakfast and the one person I talked on the phone trying to get help with hooking up my sons PlayStation and she didn’t assist in anyway saying you either know how to do it or you don’t! Like maybe it was something with the tv never had this issue before hooking up. She was very rude. Other than that everything else was great!

Construction…had to cut through parking lots to get to hotel. Staff was not very helpful.

Horrible roads getting into property. Staff curt and not welcoming. Asked a question that they ignored. Felt as if we were bothering them. It was a late check in due to driving all day. We were tired so I did not report the dirty side tables with crumbs sticky bathroom floors and very dirty shower. Asked for 1hr late check out they said no even though hotel was not full -parking lot empty ..I thought Hilton Honors member got a few perks -apparently not. Dont recommend this hotel
