This hotel is in a fantastic location for sightseeing as well as shopping and access to restaurants and tea houses. All the team are polite, friendly and helpful and im planning to return next year. The view of Jogyesa was lovely and the housekeeping team were amazing - efficient and thorough.

Loved this hotel! The location is central to everything and loved the all you can eat breakfast for about $15 USD. There is a laundry facility - the toilets are heated/bidet and it felt really luxurious for a very good price. Highly recommend!

It was good overall until we found out concierge made some mistakes. Most annoying thing was that they forgot to register parking access which we paid when we check-in already and it made me pay double. We thought we forgot the parking tickets but it was them forgot to register in proper way. Had to call them in the parking exit, waited like 20 minutes to resolve the problem on the way to the airport. Thank God no car came out after us, and I didn’t miss my flight.

This hotel is in the most perfect central spot in Insadong. Right in the shopping plaza and on the market street. Around the corner from the metro, and walking distance to most of the sites. Excellent place to stay.

4 star hotel but I’ve stayed at 2 star hotels that were cozier and had better amenities.

For a downtown hotel, I was highly satisfied.

Modern hotel with comfortable rooms in a good location to see the sights and have short walks to metro stations and Insadong shopping street. Water coolers and ice allow you to not rely on bottled water.

Is convenient, easy for transportatio, close to palace. Many restaurants near by. I took the bus most of the time but i returned back by walking. Which it had been 24 or 28 mins walk.

Excellent location. The Jogyesa Temple view isn't worth the price. Gym isn't 24 hrs. Overall, it's a good stay

we had an amazing stay! the room has no microwave but would still recommend it👍 the staffs were kind and friendly. close to the subway station and there's a convenience store and restaurants below the building so it was really nice.

Hotel was in a great location at Insadong, walkable distance to 2 city train station on 2 different lines. Insadong street was just right downstairs. There was an airport limousine busstop within 5mins walk from the hotel that would directly bring you to the airport. Hotel was pleasant, with self service locker service to store your luggage while waiting for your room to be ready for check-in. Room size was acceptable for 1 couple (I’ve stayed in other branded 4 stars hotels in Seoul that are smaller). Room was well furnished and everything worked well. Loved that they provided a pillow menu. Overall, It was a pleasant 2-night stay.

Onsite coin laundry and drying. Breakfast starts at 7 but they allowed us to eat what was ready at 630 when we had to leave early. Very convenient and reasonable prices.

Perfect location in Insadong, walkable to restaurants, stores, and the trains. Laundromat was super convenient for a long stay. Room and facilities were clean, and housekeeping consistently did a great job.

Excellent hotel in every way. Would highly recommend.

Hotel satisfactory

Great location, nearby everything but not in the middle of the hectic parts of the city. You have like 5 different metro lines at 5-10 mins walking. The hotel do not offer luxury at all but the things you want in a hotel, nice bedding and comfortable bed/pillow a/c individually controlled and working perfectly, 2 daily bottles of water and a refiling machine in each floor. Breakfast in the hotel is not worth of it, works between 7:00-9:30 you go out and find 1,000 cafes…as well close restaurant. Hotel does not have one nor room service. WC Japanese style!

lovely stay in premier inn insadong. good variety of breakfast dish. lots of food choices for lunch or dinner. insadong street shopping is also within the area and 10mins walking to the palace. had a good stay here. will use for the next trip to seoul

24 hrs Convenience stores at the mall downstairs, 3-5 mins walk to the subway, room was clean and tidy and also with great sunshine ☀️ to the room during the morning

My bed sheets were not changed everyday and the cleaning was not good enough

There’s a lot of dust on the phone! And the phone is right next to the bed.

Travelled with my daughter and the location was very convenient. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely book again!

Great location.

Very reasonable. Used well for steam cleaner of clothes. It was quiet at night even close to road. Felt fresh air system at room and self control room temperature. Only thing is no hook for towel and no movable table at day time. Overall, it was excellent. Thank for all.

Room was a bit “vintage” with the choice of wallpaper. It’s kinda spacious given that it was a family room for 4 with a bunk bed. The washers and dryers in the coin laundry room on 12th were often occupied and guests didn’t seem to remember to pick up their laundry after it’s done. The hotel was surrounded by marts and convenience stores, and is close to the Anguk station.

We stayed with our two children at NineTree Insadong and had a wonderful experience! The hotel rooms are nicely appointed with accommodation options suitable for a family of 4. The hotel is right in the middle of Insadong with shops and restaurants at our doorstep. It is a short walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Gwanghwamun square. Staff was very friendly. Recommend!

This hotel met all our needs and the perfect location. Would highly recommend it if you are visiting Seoul.

The location is very convenient to most attractions, within enjoyable walking distance. Room is quiet and clean. Three separate beds are big plus.
