Good for a nights stay. Friendly and helpful staff at desk. Be on the know- extras like pans, hair dryer, etc are available for a fee.

Was impressed by the full-size refrigerator and microwave. It helped as they do not serve breakfast. There is a Publix just behind the hotel itself, so it was very convenient to go get food to bring in to have in the room.

This was built in 2018. Very good location for the price. It's not a crime area. Just it looks Management needs improvement....employees looks like without motivation. Rooms are good for the price but a lot of stains and rip couch and ripped plastic leather. Could be a 4 star but Management need to do a better job inspecting the rooms and employees. In other words undercover Boss Program will see the errors quickly and the minor damages of the room. But could be better. however for the price its OK. Plus I'm a resident, I did the booking for my cousin 2 days and when I saw everything I quickly understand there's like NO Supervision. But I'm happy it's a NO Crime area and very good price. But they could improve.

Love staying here. I come here once a month for husband's medical treatment in Orlando. Very clean and very quiet. Peaceful!!!

One of the dinning chairs in my room had ragged upholstery. I told the clerk and she said she would replace it, but never did. The Queen beds in my room did not have a cover, just sheets and a thin blanket that looked like it had seen much use. The maid service did not empty the trash, evidently that was to be done by the occupant. Haul you own trash to the dumpster. 😳

The property has people hanging out some people also live here you can clearly tell some have addiction i felt unsafe not only when i checked in some one called & play on our phone repeatedly until i was advised to uplug phone jack as the could not trace who was call

The staff were friendly, however the room was disgusting. I had to check out early due to their being roaches inside of our room. There wasn’t just one or two there were about 5-6 that we saw running around the room and even on the bed as well as in the bathroom. When we checked in the room felt moist and the air was shut off for some reason. Even with the ac turned on in the room when we were there for the only night that we stayed the room was still very stuffy. There’s a lot of questionable people walking in the building and the elevator smelled like marijuana. Our hallway smelled like fish. The surrounding area of the hotel is nice, but for some reason this hotel missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here if you can help it.

I found this property as an average…Elevator is not working and we have been given 2nd floor room..I had too many luggage bags and I have to carry all the way on the 2nd floor from stairs..Room provided with kitchen but no utensils available in the room..Room cleanliness was average as I could see small cockroaches in bathroom.. Hotel Location is good and safe..

This hotel is mainly set up for long term staying guests. Room was reasonably clean, just a couple of minor issues. Lifts did not work at all during our stay. ( Luckily we were on the ground floor, so not an issue for us). On our first full day in Florida, we came back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner to find the hotel had no running water. We reported this to the receptionist on duty, who, without even looking up or acknowledging us at all, said, "we don't have an update!" We fully expected to have to find another hotel that night when we returned, but luckily, the water was back on. We checked out the following morning. The morning receptionist was brilliant, the evening receptionist not so much.

The elevators were not working, we were directed to a stairwell outside to climb the stairs w/our luggage. Only, the door we were directed to was not functional to enter either. When I asked how to access the room we rented i got a goofy grin/laugh just nodding his head. I asked at least 3 more times how to access the room before I got an actual response. To receive clean towels, you need to take your towels to the front desk, where they are counted, so that you can exchange for the same number of towels you are returning. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Upon arrival to my room, immediately saw ROACHES everywhere. General Manager was notified, and he saw no problem. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE! Or any Woodspring Suites after this!

This hotel does not include room service, change of towels or bed sheets, you need to pay an additional fee for it. The room smells, as it is pet friendly the pet odor stays in the room, this was disgusting. No shampoo or conditoner no shower cap as a gratuity as other hotels. No breakfast neither.

You have to pay extra for towels, coffee pot for your room. they don't have a ice machine, or breakfast as stated. You have to bang on door to get in to the build itself. Rooms are not clean. NO towel paper, ect.....
