Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location with a short walk to the Emsphere and Emporium malls. Centralworld is only four stops on the Skytrain.
The laundry service is first class where your clothes will look and be packaged as if you just bought them from the store.

Really unsatisfied this hotel are treating the client I asked for a late check out and they told me all the luxury king bed room were sould out
So I show them on hotels.com that it was still 7 to sell.
So I booked my room for an overnight and suddenly I could stay in my room
It is my last time in Carlton hotel they robbed me 200 euro but will never put my feet in this hotel again they really don't care with the clients only money

Outstanding experience. Room was so beautiful, clean and the view was amazing. But mostly i wanna say the thing taking my experience from a 9/10 to 10/10 was the staff, all of Them were so professional and helpful.
Special thanks to “Pikook” who always there to help, and put a smile on your face. Not many people like him, and he sets a great example to everyone including myself.

Excellent location, near the MRT and money exchange at the MRT station. Hotel club lounge hostess were kind and always helpful with a great view of the City to unwind after a day of work or touring

I always stay at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok because the staff are professional and attentive. Requests are promptly attended to. The Carlton Hotel is also conveniently located. The Chinese restaurant is very good. I look forward to my next stay.

This is a new hotel in a very convenient location 5-7 minutes walk to both BTS and MRT stations (Asok). Staff is extra-friendly and attentive. Breakfast selection is good, there are also three bars (in the lobby, on t he rooftop and on the pool deck) where you can get a light meal. The only inconvenience is that elevators do not go to the basement where the breakfast room is. So you have to take another elevator from the lobby, to walk one flight of stairs down. However this is a minor point, and I can definitely recommend this hotel, which is probably the best in the Sukhumvit area.

Everything as expected. Nice and clean, modern hotel with great pool area that’s in full sun from midday till 6ish each day. Didn’t try the restaurant but the coffee from tuxedo bar was very good.

Property is new, all amenities top notch. Pool, gym restaurants amazing. All rooms gorgeous view. Staff to match! Loved my stay. Good location for outside restaurants and entertainment.

Clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying at Carlton. Very nice property, but traffic right around the area is bad, as it is all over Bangkok. Use the near by subway and monorail to get around town.

Did not receive my room upgrade benefits. When I mention it, the staff mentioned some price. When I then mentioned that it was a free Expedia benefit, the staff said that the hotel was full and that he could not give me an upgrade. Very disappointing.

Great place. Unfortunately I was there during their holiday so no drinks were being served in bars/ restaurants. Wish I could have experienced that. However, breakfast was good.

Best hotel to stay in Bangkok if you can get a good Price. Strategically located. The gym is great. They also have a sauna and steam room. The spa has reasonable price and service and they serve a delicious Mango and sticky rice dessert after treatment.

You have high expectations on a hotel like Carlton, and what a nice experience it was.
All staff from the front desk to the lounge and breakfast, hold the same level of excellent service.
