We were not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was but we really enjoyed our week stay. We liked it so much we booked another 11 nights. The room is small but cozy. There is a nice pool with a bar and the restaurant and bar at the ground floor are always inviting and pleasant. The staff is well trained and very nice. Looking forward to our next stay.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Swimming pool had way to much chlorine that it left our fingers wrinkled and when u go underwater it stings ur eyes. Water was not clear at all.

the Hotel is very decent and located conveniently near stores, restaurants, and even have its own private beach which is awesome. The rooms are ok, nice water pressure, staffs are very friendly and you can get taxi conveniently waiting just outside the hotel. there's also a foodcourt walking distance to it. But they don't have a room slippers, and the floor was a bit sticky so i didn't like it. I also wasn't impressed with the breakfast (this is my personal preference, but I just didn't like the options there for 3 mornings i was there). It was nice overall, worth the payment. :)

no problem checking in, its just that the keycard given malfunctioned and i had to go to the lobby again to have it fixed... it was fixed promptly

Our stay was very good. We have stayed here several times. The breakfast buffet is very good. The beach access that is provided Is very nice. A 10 minute walk, or shuttle provided. The checkout process was not efficient today. Agents take too much time checking in and checking out guests. 2 guests in front of me took 20 minutes to check in. I simply wanted to checkout. Bill should be tallied and incidental expenses provided prior to checkout. Should take no more than 3 minutes. I presented myself 25 minutes before our scheduled ride to airport. We had to contact driver to tell of checkout delay

I book this hotel for my parents stay for our relatives wedding since this hotel is just 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. They have a great stay here so far.

It was a very nice place to be. But i need to work on some of the new staff so they can change the bedding everyday..

Poor hotel management! We arrived exactly 3PM and we were met up with a long line of people that wanted to check-in in the hotel. We booked three rooms and when we already been checked-in we get three rooms in three differet floors. The worst case scenario is we can’t visit each other, because our key card can’t access the other floors where our family stays! Then we decided after we checked-in that we walked a tour to beach, and there we were informed that we cannot enter the hotel beach because we didn’t have any wristband with us! We talked to the hotel staff and showed him our key card with the hotel name with it. He didn’t care even! They should have told us when we checked-in, so we didn’t walk there with our poor daughter! During check-in, we didn’t get any information about beach wristband and what floor the swimming pool is. We had to figure it out. Then when we decided we wanted to get a shower before we’ll have dinner with family, we can’t go to shower beacuse we didn’t any towels in our room. We called the hotel staff on the telephone twice and complained about it but it took a while before we got the towels. And my wifes sister also needed towels and they got it first after 10PM when they called the staff about it. Really poor service. Won’t stay again here! We stayed in so many other hotels, but never experiences this one so bad! And this is the first time we complained about a hotel because it was too much!

Book this place after a previous booking, fell through at a property next-door that was likely a scam. This place is very nice for the price point. It’s everything you would expect from a new international hotel.

Poor service and conditions in room

The stay was pretty okay. O wasnt expecting much with the price just a basic clean stay and that was what I got. We were put on the 18th floor of what seemed like a brand new building. Perhaps that's why there was poor water pressure in the showers making showers a chore.

I’ve been going to Cebu ever since I was little. We go like 2-3 times a year and we like trying new hotels but we also have our favorites. This is my first time trying Savoy and let’s just say, I won’t be coming back. Our room was dirty, the bathroom is too small and they use shower curtains, who uses curtains for a hotel these days? There were molds even inside the room floor. The walls are not good too. I especially hate that the electric kettle is filthy! I asked for a clean one, I was given worse than the one in my room. The beach however is nice, like 5 minutes ride from the hotel, the shower is outdoor, the changing room and toilets are again dirty. Some had broken doors, no water in the toilet. Dirty, wet and gross! I hope they clean and maintain the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. They maybe a “budgeted” hotel compared to the others but they have a reputation to keep. They need to do a better job cleaning! This is embarrassing especially to the guests and tourists.
