Great, had a simple problem with the coffee machine, the rest of the experience was Awesome

Nice room, comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that it's difficult to get into/out of the property. There is limited turn access onto/off of Woodruff Rd. And traffic is almost always bad on this road.
Only complaint about the hotel was having to track down housekeeping every day to get the coffee service replenished in the room, after they'd finished making it up. I even left the coffee caddy sitting out to show that it needed refilling and they still didn't leave more coffee.

I didn’t get to stay hotels.com can’t get in touch with them to get my money back book the stay for the hurricane because we lost power got there they didn’t have power so we left now I’m stuck with $209 I had to pay I want my money back I told hotels.com they had no power but they kept trying to get in touch with them I don’t know what to do

Everything was good until the hotel lost power from the hurricane. I was on the 2nd floor and the stairwell had no emergency power or lightning and was pitch black. The door at the bottom only went outside and there was no way to get to the lobby from the stairwell.

Beautiful hotel that was clean with very nice decor. Staff was pleasant and informative. We only stayed 7 hours to take a shower and sleep in a bed (which was SOFT & supportive). I just wish we could have tried the breakfast we paid for when we booked the room. It was made to order off a menu and we had to get back on the road. Some grab and go options would have just been perfect but however what we witnessed from others the food appeared delicious. Overall served its purpose and would absolutely stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The service was excellent, courteous and genuinely friendly. Though there is a pretty limited menu, but dinner and breakfast were excellent - a rather good value. The room, though small was well laid out.and worked well for working or just watching TV. My next visit to Greenville, I will be looking to stay here.

Because I booked my stay via hotels.com I did not receive my IHG reward points. Also I paid extra for breakfast for two which was never applied and I ended up having to pay an additional $25 for breakfast. I think it's a scam.

The choices for protection they only gave me 29 dollars and like $141 which is ridiculous. I didn’t need protection. I just chose a ladder. I chose the convenience and where I was at in the town of Greenville. That point was a little disappointing Johnny need to spend an extra nine or $10 on protection I needed

Clean hotel. Still has a new feeling. The parking lot is small and overflow is behind the hotel shared with a $60 a night hotel…you know what that means. It was dark and I had a pick up truck load of things in my bed and was worried all night it would get “jacked”. It did not fortunately. Staff was friendly but somewhat lazy as we asked for a bed change for some sheets that had some hair on them and it was never done. I think the day front staff just didn’t care as he was somewhat offended we asked. We have stayed here twice before and my only complaint was parking previously. Had no problems. No free breakfast, but it was available for a price. It was worth it. Would stay here again though as previous stays have been fine. But please expand the parking lot.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. Not really I’m a good location to walk to anything but in the heart of everything driveable. Hotel stored our luggage for us all day while we were out college shopping. Excellent customer service. The hotel room maid even helped is with our 5th suitcase down to the lobby when she saw us with too many suitcases in the hallway. Helped us so we didn’t have to make 2 trips. Beds were comfortable and stay was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast restaurant in the lobby is really nice.
