Very convenient, easy check in and check out

Simple and decent. I had a good stay.

Would be better if there is an extra shelf or place to put things

Hollywood twin room was a decent size. Bathroom was typical Japanese pod style and small but useable. Location was very good...about 10-25 minute walk to Kyoto station for transport options. Aeon mall across the road also really handy for food and and a very good supermarket. Staff at the hotel were polite and helpful (as were majority of Japanese people who served us). Would consider returning here for any future trips to Kyoto as location vs cost was very good.

Hotel is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station and located close to Aeon Mall which has many restaurant and shops. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Except the quilt is too thick, too heavy and feel hot even outside temperature is around 7 degree. Staffs are warm, helpful and can speak some English. Its a good self services hotel. We definitely will come back.

If you think you are booking a basic hotel room, check your definition of basic. This is very very basic.

It was close to everything in the heart of Kyoto and a good sized room.

Most of the things are okay. Very close to train station. Only thing I don’t like self check in. I have a question. But no one I can look for it.

Close enough to Kyoto station (8ish min walk), steps away from Aeon mall. They use pinpad for the door so no need for room key. Facilities were okay, pretty barebones. They had a laundry room which was convenient. It was clean and cheap, can’t complain. Front desk does not speak English so don’t expect them to help you with calling a taxi or other things.

I travelled with a friend and we stayed in a "Twin Room" for two nights. The room was a perfect size for two people, very spacious with enough room to move around. Location is great as well, close to the Aeon Mall and the Kyoto Station. There are a couple of coin laundry machines on the ground floor which was handy as well. For some reason I had to pay an additional ¥800 upon check in even though I booked and paid months in advanced, I just ended up paying for it because I was too tired to try and ask what it was for.

it's excellent hotel and we definitely go back there again. Clean and safe.

京都駅から近く、目の前に巨大ショッピングモールがあり、立地は最高でした。部屋も広くバスルームともに綺麗で居心地よかったです。USBも多くあり助かりました。1点、髭剃りが部屋になく、入り口に置いてあり、チェックインの際、アメニティーの一部は入り口にある旨が欲しかったです。

イオンの裏という便利な立地と、清潔感のある部屋で大変よかったです。フロントの方も親切な方が多く、快適に過ごせました。

It’s easy to find and it’s just behind Aeon Mall and Kyoto Station. Have to walk quite a bit though, I would say 10 mins? There was a receptionist that helped us through the check in process so that was good. We have to check in through an iPad (press a lot of things & scan our passports) which was fine but after we confirmed check in we will get an email to our registered email acc for our ROOM KEY number (which would be problematic if you do not have internet network since the staff does not have access to your room number and room key code) and pay city tax straight away using a machine. Think the check in process would not be smooth if we did not have anyone to help us. You have to do check out yourself using the same link as your check in room # and room key and you can do that through your phone (internet required) or their iPad at the reception.
