My commute to getting there via shuttle was not the best experience and I had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant.

Easy check-in process. Room was beautiful. However, when checking out, the receptionists were not friendly nor had any smiles on their face. Made me feel like I was bothering them.

Stayed for two nights. Was disappointed that I had to pay for breakfast ($21) when many other hotels I stayed at included it for free. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Food and service was ecellent.

Cable was disconnected from Television. Not sure why. I hooked it back up. Went to dinner at the Pilot Haus. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Waited over 30 minutes for a menu, the table nex t to us actually gave us theirs. It was absolutely horrible. 3 hour dinner. Ridiculous

Rooms were nice and modern. Breakfast wasnt included I later found out. No free coffee in morning or anything. Water in shower doesnt get hot. Only warm.

I had a layover and selected this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Overall a good choice with a restaurant/bar. Not much else is walkable. And the rooms are huge.

the refrigeration makes a loud noise and wasn't cooling the ac wasn't working and I wasn't told of the $75 deposit until check out which the front desk agent said 10 to 15 days for it to come back to my card. I reported the ac and noise, but nothing was done

My first time going to this hotel in Miami and I have already booked another stay there as I am on Miami half the month. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. Restaurants food was a pleasant surprise in quality.

Super for a short stay after arriving at the airport. Shuttle bus arrived quickly and smooth check in. Room was fine but was very noisy as it was directly beside the airport and a busy road. If you are a light sleeper, request a room away from the road. Upstairs bar with great views of the airport

Stayed here the night before a cruise. Waited for the shuttle for an hour and a half at the airport and it was supposed to be running every hour.
On check in, the lady checking us in wasn't overly friendly. Had to ask twice for her to add us to the list to use the shuttle the next morning to the cruise port.
Lots of noise from the airplanes, but bed very comfortable.
No hot water...it got barely warm, but that's it.

Property was extremely convenient, close to the airport (across the street to be exact) no complaints, would stay again for an early morning flight.

I was charged $56 for an early check in at 12pm vs 3. But literally an hour later I made an emergency reservation for a family mbr at the same hotel and checked in with a different front desk person and wasn’t charged a single dime more to check in my family.
Limited English speaking employees. In addition they charged my room $13 for a hair dryer bag that was never in the room nor was a ice bucket that I had to ask for several times

The hotel is great, very clean. Room is nice, good shower and you can completely block out the light in the room and it is pitch black so you can get a good night of sleep. And the staff is friendly.

We had a delay at the Miami airport, so we found somewhere close by to stay. The king room was clean and we loved having the door which separated the sleeping area from the bathroom as well as the separate toilet room apart from the general bathroom area. The hotel staff were quite polite too.
