I completely enjoyed my stay at HAVEN. My friends in Medellin want me to come back for my birthday in December, and my 1st choice for the hotel is without a doubt, HAVEN. My only piece of advice though is to make sure that the front desk staff is well versed on how to explain security procedures with the guests. I have 2 friends who live there, and one night I invited them to the hotel for dinner. We were going to stop at my room so they could get the gifts I brought for them from the USA, and the young lady at the Front Desk was rude to them and to me. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to us. Thank you.

We have an awesome stay in this nice hotel. We love the rooftop. All their workers were very kind and helpful . We are planning to come back again.

I like everything about this hotel. The people are so friendly and nice there. Paola at the front desk and all the people that work the front desk, the young man that works the front bar, and all the people that work at the rooftop bar and pool. The food and drinks were amazing too. This was my 3rd stay here at Haven and I will be back again.

I absolutely love haven hotel,i only book this hotel when i come to Medellin,friendly helpfully staff and the quality of the rooms and room service is great,also its not too expensive, everything is a fair reasonable price

We loved this hotel, especially the staff. The people who worked at the bar, the restaurant, and the front desk were so helpful and made our stay amazing. On our first day, we asked the front desk where we could get a sim card and exchange money. A staff member went ABOVE and BEYOND and walked us to the money exchange and sim card place. He even spoke to the woman selling the sim cards and explained to her in spanish what we needed.
At the restaurant and bar, the staff was so kind and attentive. I have a life-threatening allergy to tomato and plantain. The staff did a great job making sure my food was safe for me to eat even with a language barrier (I don't speak spanish).
The people at the front desk were so kind and helpful.
Thanks again to all the staff for making this such a memorable experience.

Love their close proximity to everything. I mean everything. Food, Provenza, Lleras park, Great top restaurants (Don Diablo, Carmen, 678 Korean BBQ, il Castella, Starbucks (who drinks this in Colombia? ) ,great gelatos/desserts etc. Never had to take Uber when i was there. Rooftop bar and pool was smaller than expected (and didnt appreciate male gay couples making out inside the pool). That kept me well away from ever going in but the sky view of Medellin was absolutely gorgeous. They also provided me with earplugs as it can be noisy late night. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked a lot the location near everything. Also, that they had complimentary breakfast every morning on the roof. The staff on the roof and at the front desk were great!!! The hotel is super clean and the rooms were really nice. I will stay here again when I come back to Medellin.

They have faulty jacuzzi and it leakes and when you call them about it they charge a penalty fee and send there repair man to fix it in front of your face.

Great place overall, beds were comfortable, staff was very nice. Just a bit disappointed that they wanted to charge us for extra towels. Breakfast was so so, but plently of nice places to eat around.

Was very nice to stay here. Please ask prices on drinks before you buy, in one ocasión at the bar they over charge me. I spoke with the server and he didint care less, after that we didit consume there. The manager approach to us , we told him and he fix the problem, the most expensive drink there in my life lol. Other than that, its amaizing!

Everything was great at the Haven Hotel. The only thing I did not like is that they only have one elevator. The Staff is very friendly.

The haven hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Medellin, the service is terrible, the rooms are small, uncomfortable, you have to keep asking them to make your room all the time, they forget to put a towel, they charge you if you ask for extra towels, it's ridiculous, and the roof toop has The worst view of Medellin for me does not have a star apart from the staff being arrogant.
