This is a nice hotel wothe absolutely excellent staff.

Very convenient , right next to the airport . We had a very early flight and staying here allowed us to return the car at night and just cross the street to the airport . Great choice

This is a wonderful hotel. Our room was big. Very clean and the beds are really comfortable. We ended up eating at the Tokyo restaurant in the hotel and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent!

All good but the breakfast does not work coffee machine useless and too fuzzy for its own good eg did your butter out of a communal jar

My only small complaint was the water from the shower splashed onto the bathroom floor.

After having a confirmed reservation for months - and receiving communication from Courtyard the day before that they were looking forward to seeing us the next day, - we arrived to be told there was a “mix up” with Hotels.com and we did not have a room. The email the day before said, “At Courtyard, we live by the Golden Rule, treating others like we’d like to be treated. This principal has always been our guiding light.” I don’t believe so.
They shuttled us to another less expensive hotel (Park Inn) without any compensation for the change.

We didnt stay here because hotel was overbooked! Very disappointing as we were looking forward to staying here our last night. The front desk gal was very kind and had is driven to a lesser hotel 5 minutes away. The 2 gentlemen bartenders were fantastic! Wish we could have stayed there.

This was our last stop around the Ring Road. So we were results for a big bed and a clean spacious room. And that’s what we got. It was very comfortable. Loved having a fridge. Great place to stay when you leave since it’s near the airport.

The property is new and very clean. It would benefit from providing transportation FROM the airport as well (even the short taxi ride was expensive).
The person that checked us in provided three pieces of incorrect information that should have been known by her (i.e., how far ahead of time to be at the airport, whether breakfast was included with our room, and which shuttles to the airport had available room).

Nice hotel. Surprisingly quiet which is nice for an early morning wake up. Dinner at hotel was good and liked the convenience of the free morning shuttle to the airport.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No airport shuttle service from the airport (only to it) so we had to spend over $20 for a taxi that went 2 miles. Our room is pretty, but the tv options limited and our room didn’t have chromecast enabled so no streaming. The restaurant was tasty, but the service was horrible.

Door lock did not work. Front desk came up stairs checked lock confirmed it was broken and said he would put in a work order then moved us to a room with twin beds when we had a king booked. Said they had no other rooms available. I told them in unacceptable. Had to wait 15 minutes to wait for accounting end of day to complete before they could look for a king room. Third. Room good 45 minutes after originally checking in after 15 hour travel / flying there.

The perfect stay to end our trip! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the free breakfast buffet had tons of great options. The hotel offered free shuttle service to the airport for Marriott rewards members, which was prompt and helpful. When we realized we had left something in our room at the airport, the hotel staff was quick to find it and send it with the shuttle service on their next run to the airport.

I was able to check in early which was VERY much appreciated after a very LONG series of flights and delays. Staff person was so very nice, and friendly too. All staff members were super friendly and helpful.

There was no breakfast available in the hotel or surrounding area. The two restaurants on the property didn’t open until 11 am for lunch. There was a shuttle TO the airport but no pickup service. The taxi costs 5000 krone— approximately $40 for a 5 min ride.
The hotel was very clean and modern. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

All was good. Early check in appreciated , staff awesome. Only reason I backed off a couple of stars on comfort is the partially glassed in bathroom and doorless shower. Maybe just me but the set up was a little weird…

Great Staff but TINY rooms! Honestly smallest Marriot hotel room I’ve been to! I suppose that may be the case for all airport hotels…? The gym is more of an exercise ROOM as opposed to a gym with 3 machines and some free weights. Breakfast was great, shuttle service efficient. Bottom line set your ‘space’ expectations low and you’ll be fine!
