Super clean end eco-friendly, but uncomfortable stay and disappointing overall. The pillows were extremely hard and caused me to have neck and back pain during my stay. I requested better ones, only to discover that they were all the same. Room was very small and dark, owing mainly to the location of the hotel and the orientation of our room. Won’t come back.

Lovely stay! The rooms were perfect, everything you needed. The bar downstairs was great also. Free drink on arrival and a free travel pass too

Dorm like. Institutional. Had to switch hotels. Rooms are tiny even for Europe and AC doesn’t work well. Zero closet or wardrobe space. You can tell they threw this together to make money and didn’t put a lot of thought into it. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful but when we asked to leave and have a refund for our unused nights the lady refused to refund our unused evenings. Had to escalate. For $20 more we stayed in a fabulous hotel in the city center.

It was really hard to find the hotel and there was no place to park temporarily and unload all of our luggage. Had to carry everything through courtyards from public parking.

This hotel is great option if you want to enjoy Lausanne. The location is perfect. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Unfortunately, for me, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable (too hard), so I had a bad night. For that reason, I am not sure if I would stay there again.

My first impression was definitely that it was rather odd. No check-in... and then I realized I had to check-in at the bar. All very modern, cement, no closet but just coat-hangers hanging at random on a wire grid on a wall, no real desk, quite a small room, but the more I got used to it, the more I found it OK. I wasn't in the room much anyway. It is well located for both Vigie and Flon metro stations, so for getting to UNIL (University of Lausanne) and to downtown/Ouchy area. There are lots of restaurants in between the hotel and the Flon metro station. The hotel itself has a bar but no restaurant -- you can pay for a breakfast (I didn't), and there are drinks and chips and things like that that you can buy near the front desk. You also get a free Lausanne transit pass with your hotel booking, and that is really wonderful. There was some noise in the evenings -- it's a lively area -- but in 6 nights of staying there, it never went past 12:30.

This was a great location and a fun atmosphere. We also appreciated the free transportation vouchers they emailed us. I’d highly recommend the Moxy!

great location, great service, great hotel only with a parking it was not working so well. Guest of the hotel should have 50% off cost for parking. at arrival you get a ticket that you present at departure. Unfortunately it did not work.

New and stylish hotel with good bar area. Rooms are small but have everything you need and a comfy bed. Improvements could be made to the reception/ bar service and food offering in the bar (they only reheat frozen stuff.) Area outside hotel seems to be hangout for teenage kids drinking and smoking at the weekend - might put some off!

Great and fun place to stay. Wish the rooms had cabinets/drawers to put stuff in. Staff was a bit slow in service.

Disliked check in staff st front desk and their heavy French accents speaking English, training to show that he does not understand my English...

The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The lounge/reception area was a fantastic place to work or just relax. The rooms were comfortable and the view of the pavillion area outside is gorgeous!

Enjoyed everything about the property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Moxy to anyone.

Perfect location right at the Flon with many restaurants and bars nearby. Cool lobby with nice bar and welcoming staff. Room a bit small with no wardrobe, so need to hang clothes around the wall. Bathroom average size instead (especially the shower which is very good). Not in house parking, you need to park at a public carpark 2 min walk, at a fair rate of 15CHF a night. A perfect choice for a short stay over

We were truly surprised by the customer care level and definitely the best location to explore the city. The hall is confortable and cosy. We loved spending time at the hotel.

The guy who welcomed us was super friendly and nice. The hotel was great, was fun just to spend time in the lobby. Very generous breakfast buffet.

Fun, quirky atmosphere. Clean, comfortable rooms (although no drawers or cupboard or closet to store clothes - or anything else). Pleasant staff. excellent location.

The rooms are stylish and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant in the lobby is ideal to hang out or work on your laptop. We also liked where it's located: not too far from the station, metro close by, close to restaurants, stores and more. As there are a lot of bars and clubs at Flon it can get a little loud on weekends. It didn't bother us but might not be ideal for light sleepers.
