The overall cleanliness was good for this property. Communication with lease agent was responsive and attentive. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Everything is good except for the fact there are a few roaches when we walk in the room

The house is very dusty and we need to wash the utilities before use. The vacuum cleaner also very dirty. Will not come back to stay in this unit again.

The room was very smelly, the mattress was not in good condition, can feel the metal spring when laying on bed

This property has been well kept and maintained, and communication is great between the owner and the guest. The floor is too “slippery” presumably after the waxing and it’s a hazard concern. Other then that all is good

There is a strong smell in Room 3315 n hv informed their cleaner about it after checking out. Not sure if action has been taken. The quilt is thin and not thick enough. There are 2 queen beds. The lower one is not so comfortable. Other than these, the only thing I find good is the washing machine that we can use to wash our clothes and the view is awesome

The process from booking to checking in and out are clear. The apartment is clean, well maintened and spacious. KSL mall is just located next door, and location is great. Overall, the stay was acceptable and will consider staying again.

We love the Iron-man theme for the unit, the only bad thing is there an unit got people singing during late night.

Book a 3D2N stay owner unreachable via whatapps. All through hotel.com email. 1st Night was really terrible, Air-con keep making noise, aircon compressor next to your bed side so loud keep on/off. What worst are it unclean/spirits keep disturbing ** open & close cupboard sound in the warobe, prayers sound can be heard in the midnight hours.. My whole family didn't sleep well the whole night. The door unit outside lighting fickle non-stop. So unpleasant to the eyes as well the ambient. 2nd night stay no choice on the living room light to sleep. In the wee hours 4-5am aircon auto switch off, make us awake. As you by now we are very aware, we are not welcome to stay by the unknown unclean spirit.

Spacious apartment, very well equipped, and a very responsive service team. 50 meters from the KSL City Mall which offers a good choice of food and the Lotus Supermarket therein surely adds to the convenience.

Has always doubted staying in apartments BUT this apartment was so comfortable, clean & felt right at home! And the view! The host was easily reachable & friendly. KSL mall is right next door & accessible from d apartment bldg so expect lots of shopping & food! Lots of eateries outside the bldg too! Will definitely return & highly recommend!

It is a good stay, apart from the scary bath tub which feels really unstable to step inside for bathing Will still consider staying again if planing another holiday

So i hv to rate it as disappointing communication. We paid to give satisfaction n have an enjoyment stay in the room yet unable to watch a single picture in the tv and no reply when we ask questions during our stay. Room looks like the pictures. Beds were too soft for comfort. Otherwise, it is decent for a night's stay.
