Amazing stay and location. Very clean. The bar was a great atmosphere in the evening as well. I would definitely stay here again.

spacious room, clean, staff is friendly, cafe and lounge have good coffee, pastries and food. Charming hotel. however we couldn’t sleep. we could hear people talking from the hallways, from the street,
cars, trucks, every noise from the street throughout the night. couldn’t sleep at all due to it being so noisy.

Property was beautiful, so was the room, only thing that I didn't like was that there was no parking, only valet for $35 or across the street for $22 and we still got a ticket for $40

Perfect stay. Service was excellent from the valet to the front desk. Rooms were very open and comfortable.
Hotel is located in Ybor near many bars and restaurants.

Very convenient location. The only thing I didn’t like was the forced valet. But also that’s the prices of staying downtown

Room was damp and cold all dad. Everything in the room felt wet especially the bed . I came home today with a cold.

The property is beautiful, there’s a huge hotel bar, the pool in a cute courtyard, and there’s a coffee shop downstairs with delicious pastries. I highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful as well. There’s no self-parking unless you find street parking, but they do have valet parking for $35/night

Very nice hotel and staff. Let me check in early and offered to secure my bags while i waited and was able to walk around and see the surroundings.. lets just say the entire area was filled with very open minded people and businesses, nothing wrong with it. Just not ideal for single straight male to have a fun night life. No complaints and hotel is recieving 5 stars from me and the surrending city was very clean, active, and welcoming. Just not my style personally

The hotel was really nice and close to a free tramb that hord every 15 minutes. The negative part was the area, we did not feel safe there

Stayed for 2 nights and was the best hotel I’ve stayed at that we’ve booked 2 more trips here. Staff was excellent and always there to help. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Can’t wait for our next stay

It is a beautiful hotel. We had our doubts when we were looking for it, it appears to be an older neighborhood. But once we located it and got checked in, we went out to the street to smoke and just walked around looking in business’s windows. It is really a nice little community of shops and restaurants.

Our 3rd time here, very nice trendy hotel.. has a coffee bar for the morning and walkable pizza restaurants for that midnight slice ;)

Business event. Hotel is beautiful but certain details overlooked. No where convenient to get ice. The ceiling in the room is unfinished drywall! I mean seriously. Hotel staff doesn’t go out of their way to help. Each time I was loading in and loading out our luggage a fellow guest held the door for us while valets stood nearby.

Valet parking was expensive, more that what is posted on line, there is no coffee maker in room. You have to go down to the lobby and pay $6 a cup ,there was no ice bucket in room and the refrigerator was pack with items they want you to buy. So very hard ti keep your own things cold. Room itself was nice but terrible water pressure in the shower. They have a water restrictor in the head so its VERY weak. Hotel itself is very . Nice bar, good Cubano sandwich, GREAT fries. I would stay again but Cmon,, how about an ice machine and a coffee maker, its Cuban themed after all.

Loved the hotel room and staff. Bed was huge and comfortable and the room was spacious. Didn't like the open concept shower. Got water all over the floor, but otherwise wonderful.

Balcony door would not lock or stay closed. I closed it with a belt. The air was set on 63 and it felt like it was 75-ish.

Loved the property and the location! This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Tampa... Close to everything with really easy transportation to the downtown core or a leisurely walk in ybor village.

Valet was very prompt. Room and general areas were beautiful, and the restaurant was fantastic. Pool area was akin to a resort and each employee was really great

Hotel was wonderful and the staff were amazing! The surrounding area was pretty rough. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of poverty in the area with many abandoned houses and permanently closed stores.
