it’s a Hilton..quality

front desk staff..came in at 1150a due to delayed flight because tornado warnings in Tampa..exhausted..wanted easy checkin paid ahead..on Hilton app they said they didn’t get anything..I went through a third party app not Hilton..spoke to me like I was a lowlife even though I showed him charge on credit card..charged me again at higher rate..had to fight charge next day

Linda at the front desk was absolutely amazing.

convenient for our purpose in Tampa to where we go love the tree by the pool

none of housekeeping seemed to understand English. they should at least understand when people need towels without us bothering the front desk!! ice machine in room didn’t work.

I've been in a lot of hotels lately. I have to say this is not a 5 star, it's a 10 star.

Everything you want in a hotel. They have & more. It was like coming home.

Lovely overnight stay before an early morning flight clean comfortable very accommodating staff free shuttle bus easy to arrange pick up from airport near restaurants Convenient!

pool closed not a real problem availability to use in nearby sister hotel

I was staying just days before hurricane Ian arrived. At 3:00pm I was told I had to evacuate by 9:00am the next day, the day the hurricane was supposed to hit Tampa. By this time all of the hotels were full so I asked the front desk staff if they had any contact information of other Hilton hotels that I could call. I asked three different people and they said they didn’t know. At 5:00pm there was somebody pounding on my door telling me I had to be out by 9:00 the next morning. At this point I am very stressed about not having a safe place to weather the storm and the last thing I needed was someone pounding on my door. I was visiting from Germany and had no where to go. The staff was very busy the next morning and still unhelpful trying to find another hotel.

Loved everything , it was clean the staff were vey polite the breakfast choices hit the spot something for every one. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed my stay very much....

we actually didn't have any water one of the days. I do not think that was the hotel's fault thugh.

A lot of room amenities including full kitchen!! Very clean and very near Tampa Airport. So convenient for air travelers.

A little dated and no restaurant although Hilton Garden Inn across the street has a great restaurant.

I like the breakfast set up but the food was too generic for me kind of like fast food
