they just have two carts for luggage it is a big hotel so if you are lucky maybe you can find one every hour available and they don’t have people to help you with the bags either, there is no parking we have to do valet and they just had one guy with 5 parties leaving at the same time so we waited 1 hr to get our car and we did because my husband went with the valet guy to the garage and get the car by himself very bad organization

the staff except Steve from valet were polite and helpful. the building and history were nice.

our room was dirty and things were broken even had exposed wires, safety is a bare minimum. for the cost I expected better. also fees should be told ahead of time Every time we turned around we were hit with a fee.

Great centralized location within walking distance of restaurants. Unique historic building with preserved character yet modern amenities.

Great shower just wish the water may have been hotter. Towels and bath amenities were great. Could have used a robe but may be something you need to request. Still a great place to stay.

size and comfort of room

No coffee pot in room, area when you arrive is so close to corner curb which I find to be dangerous, no availability to self park (must use valet services and having additional parking cost per night).

the hotel looks good and the historic design is interesting. one of the ladies at the front desk was nice, unlike some of her colleagues

very expensive and absolutely not worth it! some of the staff were very rude and not willing to help, in addition to the fact that the room was not fully clean (the chair had some open wipes packages on it and q tips, toilet seat was not completed clean as well). I have contacted the hotel about it and did not seem to particularly care about it. shame that the is the treatment you get from such hotel.

The breakfast and dinner was very good and Illy was great , Michelle went above and beyond and was very gracious .

nothing in the room—no coffee pot, no microwave, not even a chair! really horrible amenities for the price. don’t know what it is normally but it seemed like it was raised for evacuees from the hurricane.

Building and high ceiling rooms.

No safe deposit in rooms No umbrellas in a city where there are heavy rains No vanity kit in bathrooms No shower cap in bathrooms Bad smell in corridor near room 231 (like from trash). The corridor was always dirty. The screens for the complimentary internet connection are misleading as the one that appears first and says "free" is paid. The complimentary one appears on a footnote at the end.
