Great stay

This place was very dirty and disgusting. Staff was helpful but our bed had an unwashed spill all down the duvet and bed skirt and a bunch of hair in the bathroom. So gross.

This was a very clean and nice stay. Nothing fancy but it was everything we needed.

Hotel was super nice but what made the stay go to hell was the lady at the continental breakfast counter charged my room for a single bagel and 2 packs of strawberry jelly. As petty as it sounds but i mean come on i just paid $225 to have a place to lay my head for less than 24 HRS

Beautiful hotel conveniently located off highway. Was pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast/eat-in area and bar that stays open til 10:00pm. We didn’t get to use the pool area as we had an early flight. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Front desk employees were not knowledgeable of how to honor a Hilton member. There was a lot of confusion of honoring the rate online. I had to book reservation while standing at the front desk. Then there were confusion of seeing our reservation.

Greeted with a smile. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Kudos to the manager on duty during our stay. She was very good at her job.

Slightly confusing getting into the property from the highway. Arrived 2.5 hrs after check in time and room was not ready or available.

We picked this hotel because it was in relative proximity to the Biltmore estate, which was the reason for our visit. Hotels closer to the estate were much more expensive. We wanted nice but didn’t want the extra price of those that were close. Hilton Garden was nice, room was nice, people were nice. I knew in advance that breakfast was not included. So that was not a surprise. However, in the future I will probably choose a hotel that does have breakfast included. On this trip we stayed at several hotels and having breakfast included was nice. $40 extra for 3 adults for breakfast seemed like a little n on top of an already expensive stay (for school teachers salary). Also, there was no pool. Something I didn’t realize until we had the thought to go swimming on afternoon ( we stayed 3 nights). It was as advertised. A nice stay with a nice room, friendly staff, and few other perks.

This hotel was great. The price was affordable and the service was awesome. The bar staff was great and the room was clean.

Our stay was excellent. Our room was very clean. Staff was friendly. The grounds were well kept and nice, lovely outdoor gathering space. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable.

They refused to let us stay there because we are locals. We had to cancel our staycation. The staff treated us like we were idiots for not knowing about this arcane rule.

Everything was perfect!

Staff was very helpful. Dillon, who has the perfect southern hospitality, drove me to and from the airport.

Breakfast did have many choices on the buffet. Cold eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. $40 for two people. We could’ve got better food at a fast food restaurant for 1/2 the price, and we did the rest of the trip.

Very nice property. Clean and updated rooms, beautiful patio area, and delicious food at their restaurant with a full bar.

Stayed 3 nights staff was helpful the property was well maintained. Location made it easy to get to downtown and other points of interest. Would stay again.

Room smelled like body odor, asked front desk to spray freshener but it still smelled. Ended up buying Lysol to get rid of the smell. Breakfast NOT included $12 per person.
