It was a great staying. Location is in walking distance to Umekōji-Kyōtonishi Station
梅小路京都西駅. Bus stops are near by. We tried 3 restaurants in the hotel, all were delicious. The spa is nice, kids love it very much.

Such an amazing hotel. Beautiful interior design and very clean. Fantastic onsen-type spa. Nice neighborhood with a great park across the street, tons of great restaurants and easy access to public transit.

Amazing a good and spacious hotel with enough amenities that we need even comb& hair bands were provided . All my childen were happy to stay here although it is far from town but near to kyoto station . Sure will come back

This is a great hotel to stay for foreigners and family! Has big hot bath Japanese style and has lots of culture sessions you can take at the hotel and tons of restaurants in the building! One station away from Kyoto station and convenient stores 7/11 is right next to it. The service is very attentive and not one of those trendy hotel but hardly do any service but only say “no”.

Very very impressed with the room, had lots of space to spread out and felt at home. The only downside was the baths, was not aware it was a naked onsen and separated men and women and thought when booked the hotel they were regular jacuzzzis

Out of all the hotels we stayed at for our Japan trip, This hotel was the cleanest and most friendly for our kids. They even put up guardrails on the bed for our kids and offered kids bags upon arrival which had some slippers in them. We enjoyed the public spa. We really liked that there was a bus 300 that stops right at the hotel doors. We used this to get to Kyoto station on our last day. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again.

The property and staff was excellent, very clean beautiful hotel. The location was nice and quiet, there was a bit of walking if you want to get to the main food area but out of the hustle bustle. The only real negative of this hotel is their laundry facility. The clothes take so long to dry. I dried my clothes for 3 hours and spent a lot of money on this however the clothes did not get close to drying. I had to take it to the laundry mat the next morning. There was only 4 machines and there was a line an outside to use it. People waited close to 2 hours in line down the corridor.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. Despite the affordable price, the hotel was modern and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of tasty options. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, making our stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a great value for the money, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is extremely near to the train station. So, if you are visiting Kyoto, I would recommend to stay at this place for convenience!

The hotel property is beautiful and easy to access (has a sky walkway to reach the JR station from hotel directly) The on site bath/onsen was kept very clean and it was a delight to take a bath there after a long day of walking. The room was also very comfortable and amenities (toiletries, bottled water, etc) were replenished daily by housekeeping

An amazing hotel. Built in 2020, a lot of vouchers provided upon checking in, free public bath use, amazing rooms and excellent and patient staff. Location is very convenient, right next to the train station.

The room size is sufficient. It’s the only hotel out of the four hotels we stayed during our Japan trip actually had our pre check-in stored luggages ready in our room when we finally checked in at night. A small gesture like that goes a long way.

The best hotel we stayed at during our 3 week travel in Japan! So many amenities (bikes, freebies, publix bath was such a wonderful experience), kind and fun staff, absolutely stunning hotel rooms, and transit is right next door!! Made our trip so incredible! Thank you so much!

In the lobby, there was amazing service and free drinks and small snacks for samples with a great big bowl of candy on the front desk. The kids loved it so much they would get one each day. In the room, there were 4 beds, one for each person. It was clean and had lots of space. The bathroom was very big and had a separate room for a sink, shower/bath and toilet. The onsen and breakfast was very good. Very close to train station. There are restaurants in the same building also

Train museum, aquarium, starbucks, bike hire, parks , local shopping, shopping and kimono hire onsite, all conveniences close by within 2-5 minutes walk ... bus station also steps from hotel.

Hotel just opened recently. Staff very helpful. Lots of restaurants on the same building and steps away from subway station. 7-11 next door. Great for families with teenagers as everyone got a bed
