Fun, clean, and cool vibe hotel! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful and the most comfortable bed ever! Will be staying here again on my next visit to GR.

Great service and amenities but very expensive. Chose this hotel to be with my family who had already booked to be close to the marathon route. Would not have spent over $500 for a hotel room on my own

It was my son anniversary 1 year got him the hotel room and in notes wanted to charge my card for benefits to be included Hilton said without proof of card and ID unable to. Not happy with that. But overall stay he said was very nice.

Celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary! First time to Grand Rapids. Everything was great except the room was a bit modern for us. We like regular coffee lol. Really though a great experience!! Thanks

This hotel had a new, modern feel to it. It was in a good location and had a nice room. It was my first time at a hotel without carpet in the rooms and i wasnt sure how I'd feel about it but I didn't end up minding.

Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very disappointed they only had one complimentary bike for the whole hotel....

Nice property. Lover the deck but very expensive. Really weird furnishings. No Restaurant or bar open after 10:00. Food in the upper bar was Ok but the menu was limited. Parking was a Joke. Had to pay $60 for 12 hrs. Highway robbery if you ask me. Very inconvenient parking and access. I would not stay there again because of the 400 room and 60 for parking and no food!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and our room was not serviced until our last day. We asked several times and still our room went without cleaning until our final day. This was disappointing because the hotel was otherwise perfectly lovely

Great newer option in downtown Grand Rapids. Loved having a cocktail on the roof! Rooms are small but well laid out and comfortable. Love the added touch of a barn door to close off the sleeping area from hallway or bathroom noise. Front desk staff were engaging and smiling but at check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Good staff, modern facility, very clean, good location ( convenient downtown local). I couldn’t get espresso machine to work in room. Would have preferred a regular coffee appliance. Shower water faucet came off. I was able to put it back on. Set screw on shower water faucet needs to be tightened down.

Perfect place to stay when you're seeing a show at Van Andel Arena. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

This hotel is fantastic. The layout of the room, location, and value in downtown GR was exactly what we needed. We will be visiting other Canopy locations and returning to this hotel in the future!

The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. However my only one complaint was that they don’t have a mini refrigerator. They have what’s called a cooling drawer that wasn’t even cold. I’m not sure what the purpose of that was. So I had to make my own makeshift cooler to help store my daughters milk.

I dare to say that I think I like this hotel better than the JW Marriott Downtown. This hotel is in the heart of everything, its got an amazing restaurant on the main level and another roof top bar/restaurant on the 8th floor. We had a corner room, service was amazing and I loved that it was a tossimo for coffee instead of normal crappy hotel coffee. I loved that they had a glass water bottle to fill with ice an water instead of water bottles. Everything was so great. We'll be staying here every time we stay downtown from now on.
